Oscar and Keith took such good care of me Keith wasn t sure what was going on so he transferred me to Oscar who was a tier 2 support He emailed me while on the phone and updated and found the problem He s kept in touch for 24 hours to make sure the doorbell is continuing to work So so amazing service literally above and beyond- emailing me back even after god shift has ended

I have now had ring flood light Camera

I have now had ring flood light Camera for over two years and just recently added the Ring Alarm I was amazed how easy the alarm system was to set up had i few issues in the beginning but got quick support from ring The Ring support team are the best I have ever experienced I have Ring in my house in Florida and in Denmark work great both locations I can highly recommend Ring

I purchased a ring doorbell it worked perfectly until last week The video recording was just black I googled ring com chat and had a chat to a lovely man that said we will replace the one you have send the old one back and we won t charge you for the new one A few days later a new one arrived with the stickers to return the old one Very happy with the service from them Thank you guys

I have Ring com doorbell 2 spotlight cam and stick up cam installed in my home and I must say they all work perfectly A slight problem with original doorbell was dealt with immediately by Ring customer services and a replacement was issued to m without delay I have to say that for me the customer services dept have been absolutely fantastic and solved my problem immediately

I bought a ring 2 doorbell and also the remote bell It works great and I really like the chime that goes off before they push the button Like when I get a delivery and they do not push the button I know someone is at the door Only comment is how about a light switch that would turn on the porch lights when motion is seen This would be a great addition to your accessories

Great security system with a great 1 year warranty on all devices They also sent me a free solar powered light up security yard sign No additional prices for extra sensors you add Cheap monthly monitoring fees Can also view and control all my indoor and outdoor cameras all from one place

I personally feel the customer service is excellent at ring after been in touch with 2 lovely guys called Dave J at Headoffice there resolved my query I have now my ring door bell and my chime pro will be setting this up in the next coming days fast delivery and also customer service Thanks guys I will be recommending you guys to everyone too

Great customer service I had to telephone twice today for help On both occasions the customer service agent was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable My problems were solved quickly and efficiently I was issued a replacement device free of charge Can t fault this company Would definitely recommend
