I would highly recommend finding a different solicitor It took weeks of delay incorrect information and chasing to find out the wouldn t be able to help with no win no fee unless I of course paid up front Understand every case is different but the reasons they gave were completely incorrect not based on fact and they clearly hadn t looked into it properly A complete waste of time during an already stressful time

Atrocious client service

Spent four days just trying to talk to a member of the family team Kept being told that either they would contact me or they were at lunch etc etc Really upsetting stressful time and they just not interested in new business Supposedly LEXCEL firm but no way I would EVER use or recommend them to anyone I will ensure as many people know of their totally unprofessional behaviour Disgusted with them

Please don t waste your time with this company

I Contacted the Grantham branch roughly 3 months ago regarding a personal injury claim I have been chasing it up for the entire time with not one call back whatsoever Every time I phone I m promised a call back from Jade Casey but never hear anything Gave up in the end and decided to share my experience so others don t waste their time using this company It s been so long since the injury now that it s unlikely I will be able to pursue this with another law firm so not only have they wasted my time for the last 3 months I am unlikely to be able to receive any compensation at all Not a professional service and really not sure how they are still in business if they just ignore potential clients Edit you re welcome to contact me to discuss but it s a bit of an insult you want to contact me now that it concerns you

Avoid

Please save yourself and avoid this company Used them to buy my flat and they prolonged a simple process Got so bad that the estate agent and mortgage advisor got involved So unprofessional I had to chase for them because they couldn t be bothered to push anything through I got a lot of attitude and no straightforward answers Avoid using them at all costs They re absolutely useless

Selling house

I chose the law firm to represent me in the sale of my house which I regretted very quickly because when I did not ask about something there was no initiative from them Although I asked for a quick sales process due to my mother-in-law s illness this process dragged on endlessly I do not recommend it if anyone has the opportunity please choose other lawyers

Rubbish solicitors

The worst solicitors ever Boston office Nicola McCourt family Law doesn t know what she s doing sticks up for the person in the wrong and the innocent person gets reprimanded for the other persons doings it s disgusting how the other person lied just to get free legal aid

They are cowards protecting a liar

You don t need to put me in prison for something I haven t done because I m now imprisoned in my own home your a joke I m disabled with health problems going out is the only thing I got left and you ve taken it away
