Bad aftersales service and returns
Purchased items from them on 4th October Posted 2 items back as they where not of a suitable quality This was done around 6th October We had not received refund by 20th but they had received the returns We emailed them to find out about the refund It took them a further 6 days to send the refunds NOTE There was a 5 cost for returning the items I will NOT be buying from this company again due to bad after sales service and the extra charge for returns

Beware customer service is TERRIBLE I wish I could leave zero stars Ordered a blind through B q marketplace which arrived inadequately packaged and bent in half Trying to communicate via online message system is ridiculous responses are sent without a direct email account to respond to so waiting a minimum of three days to get a response each time Still waiting on a date for this blind to be collected and to obtain a refund They emailed me last Friday to offer collection this Monday just gone now Tuesday and didn t get a reply to that email so it s still sat here Never ever will get my business again

Ordered a cushion which was supplied by this company riva home based in Seacroft in Leeds they sent the wrong one so I contacted them via email for it to be replaced and they said I d have to send it back for a refund only I tried calling several times it takes forever to answer My emails didn t get followed up Definitely a company to avoid lack of customer service

Honesty was their policy
I asked some very detailed questions about a throw they sell I have fibromyalgia and am very sensitive to the feel of fabrics They were very helpful and honest that this throw would not be suitable They were not profit oriented in their response I appreciate that
