I had a very disappointing experience

I recently purchased products from Rivaj-uk com and unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience Despite making multiple requests for an exchange my order was not addressed Over the course of 3 to 4 days they kept asking for my order number and providing unclear responses Eventually I was told that they do not have an exchange policy even though I never requested a cancellation but simply asked why two of the same products were sent I received no further response and the lack of customer service left me extremely dissatisfied This has been a very poor experience and I will not be purchasing from this website again I also would not recommend it to others
