Are there any humans working there
Hi so I bought some underwear on Amazon de and due to me changing payment card in the meantime and some misscommunication with customer service did my payment The problem I don t have a german bank account- and in order to do a payment I needed to give my bank an adress of both amazon and their bank I asked for it multiple times but they kept on sending me the same data Until they sent me to Riverty and I kept on recieving the same automated response despite me emailing them multiple times Sitting in their german customer service phone line for 54 minutes without any contact So before their deadline ran out I took a shot in the dark googled and had to guess wich one of their adresses where connected to their account Note this was about one week before their deadline on the 10 of october And now i have recieved an email that my payment that they said arrived on the 20th of Noveber has an additional late fee Despite me sending them copies of my bank transfer And I am pretty sure that I have yet not recieved a single non automated email from Riverty so I wonder are there any humans there or what

Extremely Unfair Unprofessional Treatment by Riverty
In June 2023 DB made a system error resulting in me being charged twice for a subscription When I received a payment reminder I sent 10 emails to DB explaining the issue but received no response Now in 2025 my case has been escalated to debt collection and I am facing huge penalties for a mistake that was clearly not mine I called Riverty the debt collection agency to explain the situation and the representative told me We can t help you You have to pay When I asked if I should contact DB again the representative responded They will not answer you as they have escalated the case to us and we are now fully responsible He also added If you still have doubts talk to a lawyer Is this really how customers should be treated It seems like DB and Riverty are only focused on collecting money completely ignoring that the problem was caused by DB s own failure The level of unprofessionalism and disrespect I ve experienced is shocking

I would give 0 if I could
I parked a few times and I was under the assumption that the payments were being taken whenever I parked However their system fails to provide invoices and therefore you just see random amounts being deducted from your bank When I contacted them asking them for more information they ignored me for two months and then just sent the outstanding payments to a debt collector They raised a ticket issue for my query but never bothered to answer and closed it automatically
