Ordered and they billed me 2 months ago they shipped to the wrong address and customer support doesnt care or reply Would be aware trusting this company You write them they say it is under the way but they shipped to wrong address and on the order form they have the correct address they do nothing to help

Rejection of the complaint
The items arrived damaged but my complaint was rejected with the explanation that these are handmade products However a cracked lid on a jar which is unlikely to have anything to do with the craftsmanship scratched candle holders and a tea container with a broken piece of wood seem like issues unrelated to handmade imperfections Customer service offered a return at my own expense 50 euros for shipping from Sweden to the Netherlands They consider themselves a premium brand yet the quality of the goods and service falls far short of a high standard
