Roxy is the worst recruiter I ve ever dealt with I worked for RL recruit in 2024 and was never paid holiday pay I ve asked for my holiday pay several times each time she said she d sort it but didn t She contacted me a day before the deadline for reporting to ACAS to say she was arranging payment but that was a lie I mentioned I d leave a negative Google review if I didn t recieve payment and she s since removed the Google page Shortly after signing up with this agency I was a victim of tax fraud and this company was the only one I d given my details and NI number to I also suspect this company is just Roxy pretending to be more than one member of staff and subsequently doesn t have the necessary resources I wasn t interviewed prior to starting work and I got a text offering a job the following day and never had my identity verified So if you use this company for staff you might end up with illegal workers

Avoid Working with Roxy at RLrecruiting I had a disappointing and frustrating experience with Roxy at RLrecruiting From the moment we interacted I was struck by her unprofessionalism and rude attitude Instead of being helpful and courteous she came across as dismissive and condescending It felt like she had little interest in addressing my concerns or answering my questions properly Her communication was disjointed and I was left with the impression that she either didn t care or was too busy to engage in a meaningful way As someone who values professionalism and respect in business interactions I was incredibly disappointed by how I was treated I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for your recruiting needs as there are plenty of other firms out there that treat their clients with far more courtesy and respect than I received from Roxy Would not recommend her at all

Legal concerns disregard for professional standards and employee rights

My experience with this company was deeply disappointing and raised several serious legal concerns Upon leaving I was not paid money I was lawfully entitled to which amounts to a breach of the Employment Rights Act 1996 due to unlawful deduction of wages This also breaches the Working Time Regulations 1998 which govern statutory pay entitlements After posting an honest review about my experience using only my first name I was contacted months after my employment ended by Roxy the company owner The call was angry and confrontational and was made using personal contact details I had only provided during my employment This in my view represents a breach of the UK General Data Protection Regulation UK GDPR specifically Purpose limitation using my data for something outside of employment and lawfulness of processing there s no legal basis to contact me in this way post-employment The nature of the call could reasonably be considered harassment under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 especially given the intent and effect Additionally if my original review is regarded as a protected disclosure which it may be as it raised concerns about unpaid wages this call could amount to victimisation under the Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998 These actions reflect a worrying disregard for both professional standards and employee rights I d advise others not to use this company but if you do I d advise you keep thorough records and be aware of your protections under UK employment and data protection law

She haven t pay me and she refused to attend my calls I call her 100 times I wish no one work with kind of agency and she requested to cancel my shits from my on going work I canceled very bad experience

Did not get paid - unprofessional

The agency has not paid me for 2 days that l worked for them this is an ongoing issue since April Please avoid this agency no matter how desperate you are to get a job as a driver you are risking of not getting paid The manager has rude tones when they talk and generally unprofessional I was calling and texting and i was getting no reply for daaays Also to state i previously put a review on Trust Pilot and the manager called me and ask me to remove the comment and was having a go at me Which shows how unprofessional they are AVOID working with them

RL recruitment is a very good agency They re easy to talk to and very respectful Anytime there was a problem I d contact them and they d find a solution right away If anyone is looking for an agency I d recommend RL recruitment as I ve had an amazing time with them
