A surprise experience to say the least

Have contacted this Company several times over the past few years and this last time was by far the best experience I have had Lauren who assisted me this day was extremely helpful and answered my questions completely and even picked up on a comment I made about an earlier contact that had left a bad impression and helped to resolve that The Company should be pleased they have an employee such as Lauren assisting their customers

I recently had to report a repair to RMG and considering the Property Manager was on annual leave Lucy Birt was very helpful and kept me updated regarding the repair Lucy has great communication skills and she is a pleasure to chat to I Highly recommend Lucy
