Poor quality and rude staff

The Manager at the WA Claremont store is the rudest man I have ever met RM Williams quality has been getting steadily worse and they do not adhere to their warranty claims Rip off for poor quality merchandise

Absolute Rubbish

Bought boots a few years ago sole has completely deteriarated split and fallen off Rubbish for what I paid for them Do yourself a favour and buy yourself some Redwings

POOR Customer Service

Bought a pair of Boots from their Store here in Brisbane I wasn t overly satisfied with the Staff member seemed to confident that the Boot size she said was right for my feet would stretch and be more comfortable in time I stated I usually am a larger size and she told me not to be concerned I have bad knees and have struggled getting these Boots on and off and generally require the assistance of someone to help me as they are tight beyond comprehension I have been to their Stores and in getting nowhere touched base with them directly Well what a waste of time they want to stretch my Boots and at a cost which I disagree to pay I have since been into a Store and had my sizing done again and consequently tried on her selection which fitted amazingly wonderful lets say easy on and off and snug I asked her if I can try on the size that I already had she replied that would be too small and we tried anyway I struggled to get it on consequently proving to myself that I was originally advised incorrectly Now my point is not the quality of the Boot I honestly couldn t say at this point in time if it would last or not as I have stopped wearing them it s with them not backing up their mistake which is very obvious to me they made one poorly trained Staff possibly Also they certainly take their time in getting back to you again another bad mark in my book I have a Company and would bend over backwards to get this right the facts are there so much for Customer satisfaction out the door with this mob absolutely terrible service shameful

I was a loyal customer for many years

I was a loyal customer for many years but the quality has dropped off and compared to the online UK the RM Williams brand presents very poor value for money The final straw was a checked shirt that cost about 300 and had a frayed collar after less than a year I have probably owned five pairs of the boots over the years but for the same price you can buy Carmina boots that are far better quality I m an Australian but this brand has become a bit of an embarrassment

Made in China

I purchased a lovely pair of RM Williams chinos last year fitted lovely and were of good quality Made in Madagascar I have just bought a pair of Berwick chino s 115 from a very reputable supplier These are made in China they fit but not a good fit they are lower on the hip very small pockets and just not as good as the first pair the quality is no where near the same I will not be purchasing any more RM Williams clothing again if I wanted a product of this quality Made in China I can go elsewhere and get the same quality at a 3rd of the price Very disappointed If you want chinos at a 3rd of the price and as good go to Landsend

Premium Brand with the worst customer service

I ve been a regular customer of RM Williams but my recent experience has left me very disappointed I received a gift card for the store but every time I tried to use it the popular jeans in my size were out of stock When I contacted customer service via online chat to request a refund for the gift card I was informed that it is non-refundable Frustrated but willing to make the best of it I ordered two pairs of jeans that were somewhat similar to what I wanted redeeming the gift card and paying the rest with my credit card To my dismay only one pair arrived and I received an email stating the second pair was also out of stock They returned the funds to my gift card leaving me in a difficult position I called customer service again hoping for a resolution but was told that because part of the purchase was made with the gift card they couldn t refund it to my credit card or in cash Despite expressing my dissatisfaction the agent suggested I email my concerns to another team which felt like a dismissive response after my numerous attempts to resolve the issue As a premium brand I expected better customer service I ll be trying to use the gift card for another style of jeans that I m not particularly interested in but after this drawn-out experience I m inclined to look for alternatives moving forward I cannot recommend RM Williams based on my experience and am very disheartened by the lack of care that this once great Australian brand shows to its customers

Terrible boots and shockingly bad after sales service I brought a pair of Crafan boots in July 24 They start to fall apart in September I have tried to teach RM Williams via email WhatsApp and call I have had no response My advice do not use this company

Worst purchase of my life

I bought a pair of their signature boots Cost me 5000 SEK around 500 USD Most expensive shoes I ever bought So I only used them on special occasions Which is why it took me some time to find out that they leak like a sieve Which means the return period ran out and now I m stuck with them So I have a good looking pair of boots that can only be used in spring or autumn when I know it s not gonna rain They re too hot for summer too cold for winter Probably my crappiest purchase ever
