Brilliant just Brilliant
Wow What a great company this is when you are stuck and helpless Jaffy made our experience so much easier to deal with The phone was answered in seconds and he kept us informed of what was happening every second A recovery truck was sent out immediately and Kev the driver was brilliant just brilliant We cannot praise this company highly enough and would recommend to anyone and everyone It s not nice being stuck and feeling helpless but Jaffy soon had us on our travels home again Thank you from some very tired but extremely grateful clients I would not hesitate to use this company again if the need ever arose Thank you thank you thank you

Rescued me in 15mins
Could not endorse the Road Buddy team more highly I was stuck on the side of a busy road with a blow out As an AA member I called them straight away but was told I needed to wait at least 2hrs So I googled and found these guys who were with me within 15mins Good comms via WhatsApp the advanced 40 deposit seemed fair to ensure the call out was legitimate and Yousuf so was lovely and replaced my tyre within 10mins The total charge for callout labour AND new tyre was 150 which seemed really reasonable I would definitely recommend these guys and use them again

Excellent recovery service
From the moment I called a man named Jaffa answered and he was very polite and helpful he organised a driver to come to me even though my location was difficult to get to The driver was also great - happily went down a dirt track to get to me and pulled me out of the mud Excellent service Highly recommend

Really recommend helpful timely service
We had a great experience with Road Buddy when I got a flat tyre he turned up on time then advised and arranged a new tyre and returned to fix it Really impressed by the company their communication and help in sorting the situation Peter and Fiona

Great experience
Great experience - had a flat tire and Road Buddy sent out someone straightaway Even with really bad traffic he made it to me within less than two hours and changed the tire within about 10 minutes Both the driver and the office were super communicative and responsive the whole time The driver even topped up my other front tire with air so they were even Thank you

Extremely helpful - answered my call immediately very competent person at the other end of the phone offered all forms of communication including WhatsApp to make things easy sourced me a tyre and quote within 5 minutes of us speaking Fitted the tyre in a timely way with no fuss Would recommend them
