Clackett Lane West bound Toilets are appalling in both the services and the BP garage The government should remove their license BP Garage only one toilet has a lock hand dryer broken urine all over the seats Dirty and smelly Sort your disgusting faeces out BP and Roadchef

Upset and disgusted

We paid 13 pound cash in whsmiths to stay for the night as was going into Southampton early the next morning and had been a long day for us to be home 2wks and get a 60 pound parking charge come thro the post when we had already paid the 13 pound to some young lad in shop its disgusting so my rating is zero we will not be staying in any of your services again

I am a bit upset with manager Nicole for food store GSDin Watford gap junction I have BlueLightCard card and it suggest 20 of food She refused to give despite I had my NHS blue card NHS smart card with photo and name and card I paid with had my name on it

Don t bother if you are an abnormal load

Had to park at annandale services got charged to park when carrying an abnormal load on a movement order usually never have to pay when carrying these but got told either pay or don t park

Poor service

Poor service don t bother using these services unless you are prepared for disappointment The Taunton Dean services South are not helpful and the manager doesn t have the ability to solve problems

It doesn t look like I need to leave a review as thier 69 1star rating says it all I ve had correspondence from the most dreadful management all day This is to do with thier car park The one at Durham services The one that adverises customer free all day That they say there is no Free parking on this site whatsoever Oh but then changed it to the hotel has free parking as they stay overnight But HGVs and caravans must pay over 31 if they stay over night She insisted that group nexus told them that 3 PCN were sent out I proved 2 were sent and the 3rd was by debt recovery plus I sent a photo which she stated she did not recieve but everytime she replied guess what was attached The photo that was sent They allow companies to break their terms and conditions and still send you fines for 170 when the app you are sent via is to pay I would drive to Washington or Newton aycliffe and not waist turning off the A1 Bismal untrustworthy company Won t let me speak to anyone else within the company about this issue
