I was helped by Kevin at the RoadRunner Sports at 1807 Rockville Pike in Rockville MD I had a pair of shoes that I believe were defective He accepted the return and worked to make sure I had the right fit He was pleasant knowledgeable and helpful Will definitely return to this store for future fits and purchases
