My Roamer battery 230 AH just arrived by mail yesterday The customer service was above and beyond Since I am in the EU the staff of roamer offered their help in getting it shipped from the UK or picked up by me in every way they could In the end I had it shipped- for a very reasonable price which includes handling extra import taxes and VAT and the actual shipping I almost feel bad about not picking it up as I would have loved to meet the staff that were so nice and informative to me during this purchase process from the first questions months ago to the actual arrival of the parcel yesterday Can t wait to install the battery with my electrical set up in my van Go Roamer

Excellent product and service My partner runs a mobile coffee van that we installed 2 48v roamer batteries and the recommended victron set up in Really helpful from recommendation through installation and most important when we had a problem fixed it remotely the same day I can t recommended Steve and roamer enough

Absolutely Perfect battery Absolutely Perfect Service I d love to be constructive and say something they could improve but there is nothing right from the moment I pre ordered my battery I was contacted by actual humans with actual updates all the way from order to the arrival of the 12V 460Ah Roamer battery after using it for the past 6 months living with it being our mains power it s spot on not a single flaw it runs our air fryer oven household kettle and the fridge freezer 24 7 I wanted to live in the van without worry of running out of charge and this battery has all the power I could need and more I have even tried running a welder from it and it was spot on aswell Thanks everyone at the Roamer team

I had the pleasure of speaking to Steve Elliot and Chris prior to ordering and again upon installation of my battery Smart 4 320 Ah in my campervan Reassuringly every phone call is answered and every email is responded to and furthermore the help and advice given is second to none it is clear that these guys know their stuff they also freely share their expertise in an online forum group on social media I was kept up to date on my order as the predicted delivery date fell a day after my ferry abroad yet thanks to the team expediting my delivery and Chris texting me on the weekend to keep me updated I got it in time and it meant that our French camping trip could go ahead Chris and Elliot were also on hand to guide me through the app and configure my solar controller to the recommended settings As for the product it speaks for itself The power reliability build quality and even packaging are worth every penny and coupled with the excellent pre and post sales service I wouldn t hesitate to recommend Roamer to anyone
