Great Glen Gardens Inverness

We moved into our beautiful Robertson home just over two months ago The service we have received ever since reserving our house back in January 2021 has been exceptional We were constantly kept updated from Liz and the site team with regards to the stage of our build and anticipated entry date through weekly phone calls We have been really impressed with the finishing touches of Robertson Homes and have had minimal snagging issues Michael and Malcolm have provided great after sale care fixing all snags immediately with nothing being a bother Thank you to Liz Michael Malcolm and the rest of the site team for helping us on our journey to buying our beautiful first home together Cara and Kevin 20 12 21

Hamilton Heights

I recently purchased in the Hamilton Heights development The after-sales service I have received has been amazing The whole site have been great with my snagging especially Brett Russell Brett has a friendly manner and wonderful customer service skills and a real asset to the Robertsons homes Team He has been very helpful and approachable throughout process and I even trusted him with my keys All my snagging was dealt with promptly in a professional manner I would highly recommend Robertson Homes

Fantastic Builder

We have recently moved into our new Robertson home at Hamilton Heights and we have been nothing short than impressed with the whole experience Gillian in sales was in contact throughout the whole home buying journey and made moving in easy Russell William and Bret have been fantastic All three are incredibly friendly and want you to be happy in your new home Like all new homes there are snags but they don t shy away from them and want to get things right I ve seen William helping out with someone s garden on the estate and they have popped round numerous times to make sure that things are okay in our new home Russell is a fantastic site manager and truly cares about all the home owners on the site It is our first time buying from a new build and I don t think we would get this excellent experience elsewhere and it is all down to Gillian Russell William and Bret Based on our experience I would throughly recommend buying from Robertson Homes

Lol please don t waste your money

Lol Robertson homes answer every positive comment but ignore every negative one just about sums them up Their homes are a disgrace much like their customer care I have giving them 5 stars to see if they reply to my comment as my last 3 they got removed as they were too negative Their is no way in my opinion that all the 5 star ratings are genuine

Robertsons - Superb

We have recently moved into a new home within the Glenburn Manor development The service we have received from Robertsons has been superb Diane has been excellent she has always been available and is ready to help at all times The whole team behind her have been first class We are over the moon with the style and quality of the house and any small snagging issues we have had which you always to expect in a new build have been quickly dealt with We wouldn t hesitate in recommending Robertson Construction to anyone

Beautiful new home

We have been living in our beautiful new home on Wynyard Estate for around 8 weeks now As expected with any new build there have been problems but they are being resolved with the help of Dawn and Steve I have found Dawn very caring and supportive she has been extremely helpful before during and since our move Steve is very approachable he has been proactive in trying to contact contractors etc to work through our snagging list Thank you for looking after us so far and I look forward to hopefully getting outstanding issues snags resolved quickly in the new year
