Roberts travel bus driver failed to Give way to oncoming vehicle even when a road traffic sign tells him to do so Endangering the lives of school child on board Response from Roberts travel was they had spoken to drive who admitted He thought he would change it Then the response was to make up excuses for the driver like it was dark broad daylight there was something going on in village so vehicle double parked no event double parking

My husband I travelled on the Blackpool Illuminations trip last Saturday 7 October Colin was our driver for the day and would just like to say what an excellent driver he was His driving was very smooth and there was no hard breaking and he was also a very good communicator adding to what was a very enjoyable day

Excellent first-time experience

I recently went on Roberts 4-day coach trip to Yorkshire staying in Scarborough and with day trips to Whitby and Castle Howard Our driver Liam was excellent - we felt very safe with him driving - and was a good representative for the company The hotel Roberts booked us into was lovely I had done a day trip with the company previously but this was my first holiday I would recommend and definitely travel with them again

After a wonderful 5-day break in Bournemouth and the privilege of a knowledgeable driver Mike I found that the only downside was the fellow passengers who obviously could never be satisfied the main grouse being FREE days and we only had one so I tried to explain that the days out were not mandatory but didn t seem to get through anyway maybe in future catalogues you could emphasize this point just a suggestion
