Let me first start off by saying WOW My husband and I were in the market to upgrade my wedding set Although I dearly love my original natural diamond set I was eager to explore lab diamonds I am thrilled to have come across RobinHood Diamonds I ll start with customer service From start to finish Minji was incredible with keeping my husband and I abreast with updates She is super friendly and eager to make the purchase process enjoyable and efficient She is super knowledgeable on styles and gave some great recommendations for a matching band to my new engagement ring The quality of the diamonds I received is superb with a fair and honest price point I could not be more estatic to be wearing my new set Absolutely beautiful Can t not reccomend enough Thanks Robinhood team We surely will be back

They are LEGIT

I was worried about the legitimacy of this website due to lack of reviews I took a chance and ordered anyway The website is a bit buggy and the chat option is pretty much nonexistent It did take a while to hear back after I had a question but once I did the communication was excellent I had become impatient and ordered the diamond I picked out in a solitaire setting before finding out I could have it in a bezel setting It was super easy to change my order and pay the price difference I got my CAD images in a week I made changes and approved final the final images In a week my ring was being shipped Because of my work schedule I asked my ring to be shipped for a Fed Ex hold No problems with that either My ring was shipped out Friday and I picked it up today Tuesday The packaging was even really nice I also didn t pay anything extra for my paperwork and appraisal which other sites didn t offer My ring it s BEAUTIFUL I can t stop looking at it I was looking on other sites and I feel like I got a much bigger more beautiful diamond at almost half the price of some other sites If you re in doubt they are legit I m very happy I wanted to add I got an independent diamond report from rare carat of the diamond I picked on robinhood diamonds and they said the diamond was an excellent selection

I received my ring today It is a 3 03 ct oval with round accents in the platinum band It is absolutely beautiful and I could not be happier Like other reviews I was skeptical because of the few reviews but it turned out perfect I contacted them a couple of times during the process and they were quick to respond and answer my questions If you have found something you like but you are not sure about ordering DO IT YOU WON T BE DISAPPOINTED
