Very disappointed with this company It was recommended to me by a very influential and popular ecom friend of mine When I submitted my business for an ad account it was rejected because they stated that I need a license to advertise I run an educational trading website As per Facebook s own rules a license is not needed if you weren t providing financial advice I messaged them twice after the ad was rejected hoping someone would assist me but didn t get any response In addition I was the one who had to reach out to them to find out why the ad account was rejected As a company you don t follow up you don t ask questions and you don t provide help Very disappointed I found several other companies that provide agency accounts that reviewed my website and stated that they fall within Facebook s policy which I already knew DO BETTER

COMPLETELY SACM
I tried to connect them as our budget for advertising is a big number I see they write 4 million annually on advertisement can get special offer but when I touched them they said it wasn t annually it was monthly alright i know this company is a disgusting do not believe this company they can change roles as they want the rule is just a joke

I waited 30 days and am waiting for them to return my money my advertising account was banned and technical support withdrew the money to my credit account and I told them to withdraw the money to my card 30 days ago They said that they did it and you need to wait and I wait and wait I write to them in technical support they simply ignore me I do not advise working with this service

I will join reviews below It s a scam Accounts pending extremely slow for weeks Tech support doesnt work at all just template answers No withdraw if accounts ban they just ignore you Don t use Rockads the don t know what service means Just grab money and dissapear

BIG SCAM NEVER Deals with them
never experienced a more horrible company than this can t even process my payment takes weeks to a month Getting ad account is almost impossible These morons can t even send invoice for 4 months They keep forwarding to some departments which not exist and they never reply again Their support is less than 0 If you respect yourself and your business avoid these morons
