Great platform even though I joined during huge maintenance moving to different platform customer support guided me patiently and they have compensated for downtimes My advice to any new coming trader create 100k demo accounts and learn to trade forex once you become profitable sustainably buy 100k challenge and go for it if you gonna use strategies to make lots of money of from small amounts those are more risky and you will learn then subconciously so better learn to manage bigger capital and then go for it because it is way easier to manage and you need way less trades to make significant gains Good Luck Fellow Rocketeers

For those who want a quick review I ran into a very strange issue with my live account and a market limit not being executed I reached out to support and it was addressed to the upmost detail honestly blown away by the response Longer version in a bit more detail for better understanding I had an issue with a market limit not being filled and was stumped as to why it had not entered me even though on the chart it showed a wick into my price I reached out to live chat which was super quick as always thanks to Andres for the immediate support I was advised to escalate it further by sending an email to support team Usually when you hear send an email you think your query is never getting dealt with that s what I thought An hour after sending the email I had received a follow up saying it was forwarded onto the relevant department and two hours after that I received an extensive report as to what occurred during the period of the market limit failing to execute what blew me away was a spreadsheet of the ticks of price each second and every time price had changed They could have simply said the ask price had not actually met my limit but to show me an hours worth of tick pricing must say I was very impressed Rocket21 does get a lot of looking down on and bad mentions which I think are harsh But personally any issues I have had has been resolved super quick and very professionally Do bare in mind people are quick to leave a negative review when something goes wrong but rarely speak on when things go right The only thing left now is to get a payout I will drop a review once that is done to let you all know how it goes
