Re my experience with Rocket Doctor I was treated courteously and in a respectful manner by reception and by the doctor who called me I ve contacted Rocket Doctor before I have no complaints In fact going through you is faster far more convenient for me than driving two miles just to register to see the walk-in doctor Then drive back home waiting for my appt time We re not allowed to register by phone

The doctor listen to my concerns not judgmental provided options When advised of Rocket Drs was not sure if it was creditable and concerned that I had given out my personal information This could be my own downfall by not reviewing the online portal that may have provided office hours I was under the impression I would have received a call back within a few hours Instead they called the next day as it was after 6 00 p m when I placed the call

Highly recommend Rocket doctor Extremely helpful and so quick to get an appointment Need a prescription refill Book with them I now have my own doctor Bo-Shiun Lai who I can speak to pretty much when ever I need to Even late at night when it s more convenient for me Really appreciate their knowledge and care

As an acute care health care provider I am in awe at how rocket Doctor functions If our current healthcare system functioned like this we would see such better results for mental health The caring kind efficacy is a breath of fresh air

What a great alternative to walk-in clinics

Without a family physician my only means of getting the referral I needed was a walk-in clinic or ER When I learned about Rocket Doctor I thought I d give it a try The process of getting an appointment time was quick and easy I had an appointment the morning after submitting my request Connecting virtually to the doctor was simple and on time Dr Kale was kind very professional and treated my non-urgent issue with importance He even called me back to complete a few questions and let me know my referral was sent off I was very impressed with the entire process

Rocket Doctor are the best if you don t have a family Dr they re the ones you should be speaking with They are very professional listen to what you have to say before going forward with your treatment I have use them on more than one occasion had only have positives things to say about them No matter the problem big or small the will help you out Best regards Suzanne Sabourin

Great experience

Great experience I would typically have to take off an extensive amount of time to see and wait for a walk-in doctor I was in too much pain to wait for an appointment and saw that Rocket Doctor was an option for a virtual appointment covered by my provincial health care I typed in my symptoms had a call 10 minutes later to set up an appointment and took off a total of 15 minutes from work to talk to the physician The screening process was also highly advanced and asked great questions to prep the physician and make our appointment as efficient as possible 2 hours later I picked up my prescription from my pharmacy and am already feeling so much better I will certainly be using their services again Especially since other services like Maple are private and charge

Could not be happier

I called one evening for an appointment and was talking to a doctor first thing the next morning I would consider myself lucky to just get a call back from my Doctors office within a week I really appreciated the fact that I was able to speak with a human when I called not an answering machine The Dr listened to me and took my concerns seriously I didn t feel like I was inconveniencing her as I sometimes feel at my own doctor The entire experience was very pleasant and I will not hesitate to call again should I need to I could not be happier that Rocket Doctor was recommended to me Complete game changer

Great medical service

We were very happy with our experience with Rocket Doctor and would definitely recommend them It avoided a trip to a busy walk-in or waiting a week to see our own GP We were able to get detailed information during our virtual visit and received advice and a plan for treatment We ve used this service several times and will continue to as needed
