We have the small but very mighty wooshh sound rocket It s fabulous in a nut shell First the technical side The battery lasts ages Which is great for long days And the practical side It works Baby stays asleep and clam longer and the different sounds means there is one that works for everyone Defo recommend for every parent x

Excellent Customer Support for the brilliant Rockit

I contacted the Rockit company following an issue I had with my granddaughter s Rockit The Rockit had stopped working and I was provided with some trouble trouble shooting actions to follow Unfortunately we were still unable to get the Rockit operating I was asked to return the Rockit for investigation I was astonished that only two days later I received an email informing me that I would receive a replacement Rockit We had the Rockit almost a year and it has been brilliant The baby loved it and we loved it even more I would recommend this piece of baby equipment as a must It s very reasonably priced very easy to work and the after sales customer service we received from the Rockit team was excellent My initial email was answered right away and any follow up instructions were clear concise and extremely helpful The service is customer orientated helpful very fair and very efficient Thank you Rockit

Game Changer

We ve only been parenting for 6 weeks and the Rockit has genuinely been a game changer Our daughter goes off to sleep with it and stays asleep Customer service was fantastic too

Fantastic little device

I was lucky enough to win a rockit on a twitter competition I was absolutely thrilled to see I had won as I had seen the rockit on social media for a few months now and really wanted to try it out My daughter will wake up and cry if the pram is stopped which meant that we couldn t stop when out for a coffee or lunch However this little device is fantastic It is much more powerful then I anticipated it would be I can see why it is so soothing for a baby I have tried it with my daughter and it works a treat It is a fabulous invention and I highly recommend it to other parents It s very well made and can be securely attached to the bar on I suspect any pram pushchair I am thrilled to have this and am sure it will be used for many many months to come thank you Rockit

I have all 3 rockit items I love all items i had a problem with 1 item I emailed the company just to check if it was still in warranty I got a swift reply a replacement sent out straight away fantastic service

I bought our rock-it second hand from a local mum and oh my god Newborn days the ONLY thing that would help sometimes was a drive in the car But the trouble was as as as we stopped she d wake up This was a game changer attached to the car seat once I d returned from collecting the rock-it and she fell asleep and STAYED asleep This bought me enough time to unload the rest of the shopping and has now become a regular trick when the car journey is just a little too short for her nap Love it and have recommended to everyone I know if they need a gift for a parent Should be a staple gift for all baby gifting occasions x xI forgot to add I bought brand new brackets to go with our second hand device and unfortunately one broke I contacted Rockit and their customer care was amazing Within 5 minutes I had a response advising how to get my hands on a totally free replacement and apologising for the inconvenience 5 stars

Absolutely brilliant product And fantastic customer service I had an issue with the rockit after a few months They replaced it within days and had brilliant communication Which was helpful as we use the product frequently everyday
