What can I say Have owned a Rock suitcase from back in the 1990 s and from then till now their quality remains top notch My previous Rock suitcase got damaged by the airline who reimbursed me accordingly Sadly the wheel they broke could not be replaced On speaking with Tessa at Rock Luggage she is exceptional She addressed my every single whim and query I had At one point I thought I may have been a pain the the bum But no Tessa was there to answer my question s for which I am genuinely grateful and appreciate her kind dedication in assisting me Her customer service is 100 Suitcase arrived on time and well packaged too Please do not have any reservations about purchasing from this company You will not be disappointed I highly recommend this company to all Am a very happy customer indeed FF

I love my case
I love my case I bought the Sunwave in white 2 years ago and the quality is great I m really tough on my luggage but this has stood the test of time as I travel a lot I gifted the orange coral to my mother and she gets compliments all the time Great selection of colours and great customer service Highly recommend if you want something stylish and sturdy

Had 2 rock suitcases UPDATE
Had 2 rock suitcases for several years Early on the stitching went on the handles take back to where we bought it we were told trouble is we had moved away so 300 mile round trip forget it Now both replaced in less than a week thank you Lola at Rock Two quality cases Wish all companies were as good as this

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service I had an issue with a lock and footstep on my suitcase after a trip abroad and Fal was absolutely amazing I received replacements quickly and nothing was an issue Great job Fal Thank you very much

I am thrilled with my rock cabin bag
I am thrilled with my rock cabin bag It s a very robust and sturdy bag The expandable zip is a very welcomed addition I recently contacted Rock with a minor problem and Courtney dealt with my issue promptly and efficiently and the resolution exceeded my expectations Thank you Rock for your excellent customer service and I will have no hesitation to purchase another Rock product in the future

Brilliant for business
I have 3 pieces of Rock I used them all for business travel last year and received many compliments The cases are strong and compartments inside are well designed and useful I would highly recommend the cabin bag for easy jet sizes as well Absolutely brilliant
