Superb customer service throughout

We were quite nervous about this work given the impact it would have on the house but we had nothing to worry about Rockwarm staff were brilliant from start to finish very professional and the crew who worked on it were friendly and considerate despite travelling over an hour each way every day The office staff gave exceptional customer service with regular updates on progress and next steps throughout the whole process no question was ever too much trouble Rockwarm communicated and worked with the window company we had also commissioned to replace all windows to ensure a top quality finish and look I wouldn t hesitate to recommend Rockwarm for external wall insulation to anyone and have done so already to a few people in our local area

Brilliant service very professional from start to finish

We have just had our house rendered with Rockwarm and was dreading it really but I have to say that Rockward were very professional the scaffolding went up on the exact day we were given The Rockwarm team of renderers were second to none very professional very polite and nothing was too much trouble The office kept us informed every step of the way and everything went really smoothly all the checks were done as per their schedule and the office rang us every step of the way I have to say that they are the best company ever on time professional courteous to the property and informative and each team were very friendly they even took the scaffolding down on the day we were given so all in all my property looks lovely and we are very very pleased with their service and we would certainly recommend them

Fabulous company

This company were amazing from the receptionist to the fitters 100 customer service There was no pressure from the surveyor but it just felt right They phoned to tell us when somebody would be arriving and everything was done on the dates they said All the different workmen gave 100 and worked really hard After it was finished a surveyor came out to inspect it all In all the companies we have used over the years these have been the best

Without doubt the best investment I have made in my homeSo glad I chose Rockwarm In April of 2022 I had Rockwarm external insulation installed at my home from the very first visit through installation snagging and completion I found the whole team to be extremely professional courteous and highly skilled nothing was too much trouble I purposely decided to hold off posting my review for a year so I could see how the insulation performed throughout the winter and summer seasons and boy did it perform In the heatwave of 2022 it kept my home cool and in the winter I saw a large drop in my GAS kWh usage what a result I was extremely impressed with the render finish which has given my home a complete make over and looks just as fresh now as to the day it was installed The installation team turned up on time every day and cleaned down every day Although the installation team were welcome to use the facilities in my home they never once set foot inside the property they provided their own power and even provided their own water apart from 1 day off drilling the insulation to the wall you wouldn t even know they were there I opted to have a brick effect arch added to the project so it matched the original features of my home and was a bit skeptical but this feature is the best part of the entire installation so realistic I did have a couple of concerns during installation and contacted the office each time I was responded to straight away and all my concerns were actioned swiftly Not only would I recommend Rock warm I would encourage it Well worth the money a great investment and a great experienceThank you Rock warm teamAnthonyScots lane

Excellent Job

Excellent Job Rockwarm were excellent for us with excellent comms throughout the whole process Andy operations manager was always on hand to answer any queries concerns we had The guys they used were all very professional and did a great job of the work We initially approached them as we wanted to improve the insulation qualities of our house but the finished render looks ace also

When it came to the government grant

When it came to the government grant they were most helpful they were kind and courteous everything got done to a high standard the gas people and plumbers worked off the same standard and the chappie who put the stuff on the walls was a good worker and didn t hang about everything was seamless as there are more trademan than you think involved I would definitely recommend them Heather Perrett

Great service

Rockwarm kept us informed evey step of the way and were quick to share information and get the job done In addition while they were doing our neighbours who loved ours so much wanted the same someone knocked into our entry wall and caused damage Rockwarm were really helpful and made good the damage quickly and free of charge I have seen other attempts by other companies and the quality wasn t the same and so I would happily recommend Rockwarm
