The worst real estate ever Fraud and dangerous

The worst real estate ever forget about your security deposit they will never ever pay you back even if there is small color marks on the wall I wanted to know if there is any where we can file a complient about such fraud

Worst experience All the wear and tear due to poor quality and lack of records are put on tenants head New tenants beware Please consult with someone who have checked out of Rocky prior you move in I am sure u will rethink your decision twice Writing this review waiting at the rocky office for claiming my security deposit making me wait for 3 75 hours despite being pregnant and without food Such merciless looters

An appalling company

Hello I was a tenant at Arjan Heights in Dubai managed by Rocky Real Estate and I am genuinely shocked that such a company operates in the UAE They show no respect for tenants rights forget about getting your security deposit back Their main intention seems to be withholding deposits by citing numerous issues with the apartment The inspector who assesses the property upon move-out appears to be primarily focused on money potentially incentivized to create maintenance charges for departing tenants Overall the management is poor and the staff come across as insincere During my two-year stay no maintenance services were provided and rent was increased without following RERA regulations Additionally they charge tenants for maintenance even when no work has been done consistently blaming tenants and deducting costs from deposits Moreover they rarely answer calls or respond to emails only replying after long delays It has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience

As per My experience with this company I advise you to get away from dealing with it They are a group of thieves who steal your deposits money by creating a fault report without even photos They are fraud be careful and don t give the security deposits as Cash because they will never return a dirham They don t even reply to your emails when you ask for your rights They are very bad and fraud

An appalling company Never buy or rent from them Absolutely awful Was renting a property in Al Warqa for 5 years and their maintenance was abysmal as was the property They will not return your deposit either Atrocious

Very Poor customer service

They will take weeks and months to fix your important issues like AC not working or water leaks in ceiling or sink they are the worst when it comes to maintenance but once you move out they will find every possible small issue in the apartment that existed since the building was constructed and they will deduct the amount from your security deposit save your self your mental health and your money and don t rent or buy with any building that says Rocky

I was a tenant for 1 yr and the experience was not stellar just so so however vacating was a nightmare They inspected the place AFTER I vacated Who does that I have always experienced vacating a place where maintenance or management inspects in the tenants presence so everything can be addressed on the spot I had the place professionally cleaned and they charged me 3 times more what I paid independently The list of the concerns made zero sense how can I be trust what was actually inspected It looks to me they only inspect without the presence of the tenant so they can make false claims and just not return the deposit They are a scam company and I would never rent with them again nor would I ever recommend to anyone
