Two times in a row i paid for 6 items
Two times in a row i paid for 6 items and the website just 524 d so my order wasnt placed but i was withdrawn 3000 NoK 300 dollars ish And last time i was refunded 2858 NoK probably gonna be the same this time

Terrible customer service and poorly
Terrible customer service and poorly finished products I order 135kg of plates which arrived and they are functional however they have a poor finish on the plates i e poor spray painting and many chips of the edges of the plates As I said the plates work fine I did leave an honest review on their site with 3 stars however it was not posted I then contacted head office and reported that my review was not posted and asked if they cherry picked only the positive reviews as I felt this was dishonest and misleading to potential customers - still no response I have left a couple of months for them to respond to my queries So due to the fact that they will not respond nor post my review I am here to give my opinion on their customer service I think it is wrong of Rogue to ask for customer reviews to then only put up the positive ones

Worst online shopping of my life
Worst online shopping of my life First I made 1 order - they split it in 3 only first part came in the time frame specified although UPS send me email for one date but the actual parcel came 2 days later The second part was a lot late so I reached out to customer support - they said UPS has probably lost the package so they send me a new one which was the proper thing to do however UPS delivered both packages in the same day the one that was lost and the second one that was sent from rogue which then meant for me to go and return the second parcel which was very inconvenient they should ve sent a carrier to come and pick it up from my address The third part of my order I reached out after 2 months and they said they still don t have available so I asked for my money back which they at least returned And the worst thing is that this was supposed to be a present for my husband s birthday but it took 2 months to resolve and not with the exact order So overall - I wouldn t order again and if you need something in time or to be sent at all this is not the place to be ordering from

Terrible customer service damaged goods
Absolutely terrible customer service from Mikael at Rogue EU I ordered over 700 euros worth of Rogue weight plates and paid 60 euros for delivery but the plates arrived damaged and in terrible condition They were poorly packaged and sent as 9 different packages Out of the 9 packages 8 were damaged - 3 were so badly damaged I could not bring myself to accept them even though I require them asap I am currently going through a terrible experience with Mikael at ROGUE EU who selectively responds to my questions via email and seems to have little interest in resolving the damaged done how poor the packaging was and the delivery charge

Poor after sale support
I ll just echo all the other reviews on the poor customer service Bought an echo bike before the warranty period ended it developed a metal clinking noise on each rotation of the fan Contacted customer service with videos and details of the troubleshooting steps I had taken looking for support This was assigned to the team lead of the after sales support team and in close to 5 weeks now I ve had one reply that took over 14 days that showed very little effort to be helpful despite a few email prompts and calling the customer service line looking for an update I ve now got an 800 bike that looks as though it may have developed a fault that s probably causing long term damage and it looks like Rogue have just washed their hands of it despite it being in warranty at time of fault being reported I m kitting out a full home gym in the coming months and it won t be with Rogue EU equipment

Terrible service and attend worst
If you live in europe don t buy from this brand if you don t make attencion they send the purchase from USA you need to pay extra taxes from the importation and Rogue don t care about it They say This is in the internal policy Rogue don t warn you before you buy only after Terrible service and attend worst

Awful costumer service and delivery
Great products - but delivery time is awful Haven t heard any updates regarding my order All the purchased items was in stock but im sure that was a lie however Rouge has off course collected money from the order This is the last time i will buy from this Company

Terrible delivery service
Terrible delivery service great products just let down by awful communication and awareness that items from the USA are shipped to Europe and then on to the customer I have just waited 4 weeks for a delivery that still has not arrived as 1 item had to come from the states No support from customer service just the usual fob off I will never be ordering from Rogue again unless they work out the terrible delivery service and lack of transparency on accurate ETAs

I bought an item online and 6 days
I bought an item online and 6 days later after charging me and everything they said that the size was not available The stock online should be up to date to the minute it is a waste of time and 6 days waiting for the confirmation and now the product is not available in other places so just because I decided to choose Rogue Europe I missed another item Too disappointing never buying from this website as you cannot trust their stock online is real

Worst company iv had to deal with Waiting over 3 weeks for delivery Delivery date came and went with no information on when I would receive it I m currently trying to cancel my order but no one is answering my emails Avoid
