Sent my regs in for a service to roho Never posted my babies before so I was a bit nervous lol Had numerous emails to confirm receipt of kit estimated turnaround time when they were due to be on the bench etc from Kieron McClintock followed up with a phone call to say they had been despatched Good comms are so important especially if things go wrong which they didn t many thanks to Kieron and roho for a great service keep up the good work

What a fantastic place We called at the shop to try on a couple of wetsuits Ben who served us was very knowledgeable and helpful and even showed us the correct way to put a wetsuit on without using the white gloves and without the battle The idea of purchasing a wetsuit that fits was daunting but Ben was amazing We even decided to sign up for a scuba diving course Would highly recommend and thank you Ben

Fantastic Service Great Product Knowledge Having previously purchased several Windsurfing boards and sails from them I have just purchased 2 sea kayaks and accessories from Robinhood Watersports and the service has been gold plated Their product knowledge is great and they genuinely want to make sure you get the right kit for you without any hassle or hard sell George and Jo were very patient friendly and above all knowledgeable They were very helpful and flexible when it came to logistics and delivery too Overall I received excellent service form George Jo and the whole team Communication was great and nothing was too much trouble They were always happy to answer my questions and give good and impartial advice Thank you for all your help I highly recommend RoHo
