Had missing pieces when I emailed ROKR they said it wasn t their problem and said it was the factories fault So that s it missing piece and they aren t doing anything about it I was also given the option to purchase the missing parts Why do i have to pay for parts that were missing

Haven t recieved a confirmation email

Haven t recieved a confirmation email about my purchases They took the money over a week ago and the phone number listed does not have company name nor did amyone answer

Never received items I purchased

Ordered two items that I never received Rokr never sent even an order confirmation or shipping notification I received an email after the day it was supposedly delivered Rokr referred me to their shipping company for a claim The shipping company said they can t do anything and refered new back to seller Nothing but the run around and i have no gifts for my two sons for Christmas Not a reputable company I DO NOT RECOMMEND buying anything from them

Did not receive item after purchasing directly Had no contact from the delivery company and said for me to resolve AVOID THIS COMPANY AS THEY WILL SCAM YOUR MONEY

Made up the owl clock Pulling my hair out putting it together Wound it up Pendulum swings then stops Readjusted the weight umpteen times Clock WILL NOT WORK looks good but cogs do not move Total waste of 40 pounds

Fraud and scam

Took the money no confirmation email Sakes what s going on through their contact mail and sent a delivery note and number that doesn t exist Queried again and told to contact Amazon which is strange because I didn t order it through Amazon Unsurprisingly no order exists with them Still no order Off to the bank to report the fraud now

Failure to ship goods

Placed an order the ROKR two weeks ago Order confirmed and tracking number sent According to the tracking report the package is still awaiting to be picked up from sender This is a Christmas ornament which is of little use now

Sneaky charges and cheap material

Sneaky automatic charge for guaranteed delivery Total BS Takes them almost a week to process and ship Once the label is created it sits for days Basically their entire logistics process is a joke Nothing delivered for weeks Tracking info is all wrong Just stay away from this site I ve also ordered a bunch of these kits and had to send them back because they are too thin and cheap and break Not at all happy

I ordered two large Christmas gifts Thompson submachine gun on BLACK FRIDAY It s December 21st and the tracking stopped on December 6th I have written 5 emails to customer service with only one response to my first one and all they said was we re tracking your item until it arrives IT DIDNT ARRIVE AND THEY ARE REFUSING TO REFUND ME MY NEARLY 80 spent on gifts I don t have you had an entire month to get these to my home and you ve had two weeks to respond to me This place is a SCAMMMMM
