Avoid Turf does not last After 2 years all had to be replaced Worse it is full of stringy plastic netting or Oxygrid - which acording to Rowlan is good for the envionment - really

Ordered and paid for 20 square meters
Ordered and paid for 20 square meters only received if I was lucky 15 Every single strip of turf has bald patches Phoned customer service and sent pictures with complaint via e mail and was told the turf was acceptable Maybe to them but to someone wanting a professional job done absolutely not Stay away from this company

Very disappointing
Similar to some of the reviews below - just terrible We ordered 34 1M Rolls of Rolawn turf the top half of the pallet was great But beyond this point we had off cuts and dead turf So many different shapes and sizes and certainly not 1M Rolls Customer experience would rather pass you about and just take zero responsibility for the cost to you We had gardeners on hand that said the turf was unacceptable and would not survive The offcuts was a completely different grass The top soil was good but I would not use them for turf and if you have an issue forget getting any help

Dreadful customer service care
Dreadful customer service had ordered 35 rolls of medallion turf top half of pallet was alright as I got further towards the bottom while laying the quality got worse and the rolls got thinner to the point where they were crumbling However I persevered and got the job done to a good standard couple of weeks later I get a dead patch on the turf leave it a month or so to give it a chance to bounce back asked for literally a handful of seed off them to be told it had been left too long and it wasn t their problem anymore The most dreadful customer service

Just found plastic mesh
Just found plastic mesh covering all the turf in a shady area of the garden This is plastic mesh it s not biodegradable and it s a trip hazard and terrible for wildlife If you are lucky you might never have known it was there but I d definitely have gone for a version without this mesh The only reason it s used in lawn product is to save money as they can sell the turf much earlier on after planting

Poor Poor delivery service Palletline
Poor poor delivery service i sort of ignored the other negative reviews on delivery but actually its true the delivery scheudule was awful i was messed about and wasted a whole day waiting for the soil to turn up i did get a few notifications to say that it was being delivered within a 2 hr window but that kept on changing in fact it changed 3 times during the day and the soil still wasnt delivered until the following afternoon i wasnt happy about this particularly as i was working to times schedule I know that Rowlawn as a product is well thought of however their distribution company Palletline is dragging Rowlawns reputation down the pan to the point that i would never order from them again

Site down CAN T ORDER NOTHING Phoned customer service to try and rectify I m a landscape gardener and work to dead lines the guy on the other end of the phone was practically worthless to the company I needed 265 turfs for this week but site is useless avoid these Muppets Now I m going to be behind my schedule Thanks rolawn should be called you are getting nolawn

Poor delivery service via Palletline - only one of 4 deliveries arrived when scheduled Poor customer service from Rolawn when trying to resolve and often difficult to get hold of with phone lines ringing out Product is good but that s not much help when it doesn t arrive when it s needed

Disappointing
Disappointing Ordered 20 rolls to be delivered Email confirming order recieved On delivery day i had called the company twice from the afternoon who confirmed that they were still expecting delivery to happen They quote delivery will be between 0800-1800 The company have no effective way of communicating with 3rd party delivery agents or providing easy tracking information and i was dismissed with the it s not six oclock yet line On the second call i asked them to chase progress which they did At 1630 they finally got back to me saying there was a glitch and the order was never received by the delivery company so nothing will be delivered - offering Monday or Tuesday as an alternative After arranging time off work and enlisting help with the job this was not adequate Their customer service manager displayed an impressive lack of awareness of how frustrating a wasted day may be to their customers and the use of twee language such as glitch rather than recognising a significant failure on their websites part did little to reassure A discount for a failed delivery was not offered but they suggested a refund between 5-10 days rather than anything more prompt The company 1 Appear to overcommit and under deliver2 Have poor customer service making assurances that were clearly built on nothing and doing little to recognise their mistakes 3 Appear to have inadequate monitoring and control of their suppliers to inform progress along with a questionable website in recieving and processing orders
