No Company Information to Contact

I found this promotional ads in Facebook It looks nice so I made an order Though there is NO Company information to contact I placed an or in COD so nothing to lose on my end if in case there are any issues No confirmation of my order either email or mobile so I thought it was a mistake promotion all though I submit the order and shows it was succesful Then all of a sudden the delivery man came with my order after wks or so There is no information in the box of seller or sender I open the item to know what s inside the package since there is no information in waybill The rider asking me to pay for it since I open it I am willing to pay if there is an option to contact your company and change the item Rider was so rude since I am asking to wait a little while since I am checking my phone where on earth I place this order since I don t have information I just have my screenshot and type your website for me to remember your company There is no information in the box of your company to coordinate with the wrong size so I can return and re order I admit my mistake for the wrong size However it s better if you have contact information so it would be helpful for buyers like me with my queries I am sharing this for your company to make it easy for buyer like me to coordinate with you either chat or phone

Clothes took 1 5 months other parts of order are not to be found jeans showed up and are so far from advertised me and my friends almost rolled over laughing Drop shipping from China awful Terrible don t waste a cent here

I ordered sweatpants and boyfriend jeans It took a long time to ship which I can understand since I live in Germany After a while the sweatpants arrived but not the boyfriend jeans I have waited a bit but nothing has arrived until today and I ordered 3 months ago I also wrote to the page at Insta and also by email but no reaction was ever received At insta they just let me on read Ridiculous

20 days wrong item extremely bad quality

Took 20 days to deliver and was by far the worst quality clothes i ve ever bought one of the items was even a completely different piece of clothing

My daughter wanted to use her 18th birthday money for a shirt from the site but she doesn t have an account so she meeded my card We placed the order 1 16 21 and waited 42 days for the order which should have taken no longer than 19 days When the item finally arrived it wasn t even what was ordered a black Raiders sweat shirt It was a grey shirt with a moon and sun on it The company is not rectifying the situation I have since started digging and they have multiple Facebook pages created at different times with the same content Angry reacts and comments hidden Their site email and social media all use different business names and the current website popped up in 2021 This is an obvious scam preying on foljs who don t know better and had it been me rather than my kid this never would have been ordered

I ordered clothes from this website and it took over 1 month for the products to arrive and not everything has arrived also did not receive any return sheets have been in contact with them several times over email very difficult to get a response to what I want do not order from this site
