Very positive experience

We ordered a large amount of clothing 2 weeks ago At first I was worried after reading the reviews after I had placed the order and spent quite a bit of money However happily the order arrived today All really nicely packed and good quality Very happy with the service

Sooooo so happy with Romwe I ordered 6 swimsuits and every one fit perfect except for one my fault for ordering a size up Awesome quality true to photos and sizes I made an order May 11 2018 and it was brought to my house May 18 2018 It took exactly one week I was so hesitant because I live in Canada and desperately needed swimsuits for Vacay I would totally recommend Romwe swimwear Very happy with their service

I was kinda put off by the reviews at first but it s so cheap I thought I d give it a go anyway I was very pleasantly suprised t-shirts were actually really great quality for the price cute and fit me fine What I d suggest is only buying things that have good reviews are well reviewed Everything was neatly packaged and I m very happy with my purchases

Cute and quick shipping

The clothes are VERY cute true to size and about the quality you d expect not super high quality they reflect the price but still comfortable and nice but the shipping was QUICK I spent 100 dollars so I got free express shipping The order shipped on the 4th of August and was expected on the 16th They came over a week early arriving on the 7th with all items included Many of the reviews talk bad on the shipping so maybe I got lucky but these shipped and were delivered way faster than any similar store I ve bought from

Clothes same as in the pictures some are better and some worse quality I ve ordered from this website twice and both packages came in aroud a 6-7 days Returns are really easy - you can purcharse pre paid return label from the website took around a week to receive refund Overall I am happy with this company no issues found few nice clothes and received refund for the ones I didn t like Not a scam

To be honest I don t get why people have given such negative feedback towards ROMWE It is such a great website affordable prices and cute clothing I have ordered clothing several times off this website and my clothing comes within a week or so no longer than two weeks It is such cute and good quality clothing for the price you pay

3rd time buying from them

It s my 3rd time buying from them and I m really satisfied again One of my items came within 6 business days and the other 13 items came within 7 business days I thought everything would take longer since I ordered the day after Christmas but nope everything came between the time it said it would Honestly I have no complaints I love all my clothes that I got and I m very happy that I haven t had a bad experience with Romwe yet Definitely going to keep shopping from them

I placed an order on May 7th and it took a little over a month to be delivered My order was stuck in pre-shipment on FedEx for around 3 weeks and I thought that it was declined in U S customs I contacted support and Alexis R from the U S office was very helpful and followed up throughout the shipment I was also contacted by Romwe about the delays and they told me it was because FedEx had a limited number of couriers because of the pandemic Although the shipment was lengthy it was worth it
