Appalling service Didn t complete the agreed work Had to contact many times to get a refund and even when that was agreed I had to keep contacting them to get it Very unprofessional individuals

Very Unprofessional
had an appointment at 1pm today for a quote to get some external painting and repairs to our roof did NOT turn up NO phone call from them left us waiting in most of the afternoon will not even consider using this very unprofessional company

Great job all round
Great job all roundThe quote we got was way cheaper than the pushy KC Now the job itself absolutely terrific cant big up Tam and Ian enough great guys approachable friendly and always telling what they are going to be doing They are very tidy and take great pride in their workOur house looks great now the roof and walls have been done My only advice to roof and wall doctor is hang onto these guys as they are worth their weight in gold but I m sure you already know that

Very impressed with the work
Initially made an appointment with The Roof Wall Doctor for a price for our roof wasn t expecting much having had prices from other companies previously However after receiving the price it was obvious to us that we wouldn t get it cheaper anywhere else especially with all the repairs that were needed Could not be happier with the work completely transforming our roof

From the initial appointment for a quotation to the fantastic transformation of our house I would have no hesitation in recommending the Roof Wall Doctor The quality of work and professionalism was second to none the work of having both the roof and walls done was completed to a really high standard Good communication from both the office and the onsite teams throughout the work keeping us up to date on the progress We are delighted with the transformation the work has given our house special mention to Tam and his team on a fantastic job
