We are blown away by ease of set up and quality

We are very pleased with our order came on time and in perfect shipping condition We did have a few pieces that weren t perfect but they worked and instructions were very easy to follow I think overall it took maybe 3hrs to set up and this was due more to uneven ground then actual build Thanks again for an awesome product

Lovely coop and even better their customer service and policies are top notch My coop came with a dented pipe due to mishandling by shipper and I called and was told that a replacement would be mailed immediately which it was Coop was easy to assemble and looks great Expensive but worth it

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service which is rare nowadays I had a real person to respond to my recent problem of a damaged shipment The response was immediate and excellent New roof panels were shipped out to me for replacement of the damaged roof panels without issue I have been very pleased with their walk-in chicken coop and the service and highly recommend the Roost and Root company

The customer service of root and roost was TOP of the line The sales rep was absolutely prompt friendly and communicative I needed this coop for a community project and despite shipping issues they made it happen The coop itself is beautiful quality and really easy to assemble 10 10 would recommend

My wife loves her new greenhouse

Our Slant-Roof greenhouse looks great and the pre-fab sections and easy to follow directions made it simple to build We have received numerous compliments from friends and neighbors about it and my wife can t wait to use it

The delivery was quick and the coop was well-packaged The straightforward instructions well-labeled pieces and high-quality hardware impressed us We haven t yet gotten hens but we re excited to start our flock in this fantastic coop

Worth the investment

We bought our original round top coop several years ago and have now added our second extension With a quick pressure wash the cedar cleans right up Being modular it has worked well for us over the years and I believe it to stand the test of time

The kit was well-packaged and the parts identified the parts fit together very well the couple that were a little off could be remedied with some sanding without sending items back They replaced at no charge the panel that had some personalization
