Avoid the company at all cost
I rented an apartment in Eskilstuna with Viktoriahem AB and when I moved to another town they sent me a receipt that I should pay 5000kr for a replacement key even though I have submitted the key to the apartment And today they sent me another receipt of 15000kr for painting of the apartment which Viktoriahem AB claim to be damaged by smoking I have recorded a video when I first moved to the apartment and I can show the evidence to clear my name But I will not have the chance to win the case The first receipt was sent to the debt collection agency because I couldn t pay it I can t take them to court because I know they are going to win They are going to send the new receipt to the debt collection agency They have already sent 3 payment request from me to the agency I will not file a complaint with the agency or any court because I know very well that they will eventually win I wonder how many people have been a victim of this company like me Try to avoid them as much as possible
