Scam site

Ordered Christmas presents for my little girl on Dec 3rd and it stated 4 - 7 days delivery Today is Dec 18th and I have not received any of my order nor have I had any correspondence to inform me of the status of my order I have emailed customer services 4 times with no reply I ve tried the phone number that was very difficult to find but no one answers and it just cuts you off I am starting to believe this is a scam site Now my child won t have her Christmas gift from Santa all other sites can t deliver till mid January I m very upset and extremely disappointed as I read these good reviews before my purchase

Slow to ship

The shipping times indicated on their website are inaccurate They take several days to even ship the ordered product In my case they created a shipment and provided a tracking number a few days after I ordered And the shipment was picked up even later There was no sense of urgency which I suppose is fine if you don t need the products quickly
