Table given away at exactly 15 minutes after the booking time Left waiting at the door for 3-4 minutes with no one acknowledging our arrival Most noticeable was the lack of flexibility with timings - not great customer service

Rosa s Thai Cafe Brixton gets worse every time I go It s never my choice to go there but when I do I always give it the benefit of the doubt One thing has improved is the waiter staff are more friendly The food is appalling and expensive Had a table of 4 yesterday evening and we all had different chicken dishes It was very clear they add cooked sliced chicken into every dish so it s flaky dry and still cold and doesn t absorb any flavour Go anywhere else but this cafe So much nicer places in Brixton

Booked a table in the new one in Guildford for 5 people arrived at the correct time and was told to go and stand by the bar which was covered in dirty empty glasses got shown to our table and ordered our food 1 hour 10 minutes later was asked if we had had our starter which we clearly had not as our clean plates were in front of us Our waiter went upstairs to find out where our starters were we were offered a free round of drinks because of the confusion chicken satay was burnt and not breast meat with very little sauce We asked would we be waiting long for our main and then before our starter plates were removed the main arrived One taste of my prawn pud thai which was stone cold called the waiter over who asked did we want all 5 mains which were all cold to be re heated er prawns no thank you felt sorry for the staff who informed us the kitchen staff only have 3 woks to cook from Dont waste your money for the prices that are charged far better Thais in and around Guildford

Never again

Visits Rosas Thai in Richmond 18 th may understood it had not long opened nice tiled floor but needed a good scrub skirting boards filthy top of wooden panelling full of dust Had to go looking for menu ordered a zero coke and a lemonade surly waitress asked what type of lemonade as we had not located a drinks menu I asked what they had surly waitress raised her her eyes and took off to find said menu Ordered sharing platter we both felt that it was reheated from night before and so they removed that from bill we only ordered one dish from main menu which was kind of ok but we will not be stepping foot in Rosas again

Awful service

Awful service after over half an hour not even water for the table even though people who were seated after us had starters I would not ever go there again

Beware 20 service charge

The food was good - a bit too sweet but I do understand that the restaurant caters for Western tastes Staff were friendly The place was empty at 1pm on a Sunday in very busy Leamington Why 1 star Was charged 20 service Will never ever return

Terrible experience

Terrible experience after booking a table a week prior I turn up with my guests escorted to a table by a lovely lady first then it was downhill from there some of my table wanted certain beers from the menu but was told that they didn t have them in stock then it took us about five times to ask to order the starters every waitress that was very unprofessional came to the table smiling nodding their head and walking off with nothing happening so we had to ask a number of times to make our first order for starters Then the starters came which by myself ordered for spring rolls which were no bigger than the size of my thumb for 7 50 then when we was ready to order the main course yet again calling the waitresses they couldn t seem to understand what we asking them they would smile again nodding their head and walk off to another table I just couldn t believe what was going on plus in between starter and main course staff are supposed to clear the tables our tables were piled up with stuff from the starters and had to ask for them to be taken away quite a few times which is very bad service then finally the food turns up and before the food are given plastic plates now with the amount that you are charging for food I think plastic plates is a cheek Even though three members of my table were unhappy with their food I will speak for myself I ordered a vegetable green curry which came with big chunks of red and green raw chillies in it which overpowered the dish and was extremely hot far too hot in fact A number of the curry dishes seem to be the same one of my party actually complained to the manager but there was other members of my table that didn t want to cause a scene and just ended up paying the astronomical mountain that you have charged for these meals I have been so many Thai restaurants in my life quite a connoisseur in fact and I have to say I left that establishment feeling robbed And on top of this one of the waitresses had some terrible body odor which was quite disgusting making one of my guests feel sick it was that overpowering when working around food it is the utmost importance to take care of body hygiene I hate to give bad reviews but after spending 200 an putting up with what we had to put up with it was a shambles Like I said there was a few families with children so I didn t want to cause a scene in the restaurant but I will not be returning at all I am actually writing this review four hours of the leaving the restaurant with a terrible stomach ache That was my worst food experience in a long time this little outing was planned for a long time of which we was all looking forward to the night and we was all let down you need to do better if you re going to charge what you charge for these meals and drinks then you need to give better quality service I hate giving bad reviews but this has actually upset me that the party I was with was so let down

Just awful

Just awful Really good waitress but shocking food Probably the worst Thai meal I have ever had Cost almost 80 for two starters two drinks and two mains with a pot of coffee Spent a very uncomfortable night alternating between bedroom and bathroom Would not return
