Oh how I wish I could give a zero star

Oh how I wish I could give a zero star review Agreed payments are being made each month and they know this However every month I receive emails or letters threatening of enforcement action Each month I contact them to remind them of our agreement I have come home today to find a hand delivered letter stating they will return it a few days with people to remove goods They have also added a couple hundred to my debt for the privilege Clearly this is how they run their business Don t like people paying as it means they won t get extra money commission etc So they make stuff up so that they get their extra fees Good luck turning up to my house you absolute clowns

Worst company ever they need to lose there licance paid my account in full and then said we still owe the money when i have proof very rude unhelpfull 0 star from me

I had a couple of missed calls from unknown numbers whilst attending A E I called back the day after to apologise missing calls and then I was being asked what my post code was I obviously asked who it was and explained the situation of why I missed these calls and then got asked again what my post code was I asked who it was and it was Mr Walsh The Mr Walsh fantastic I asked what company it was and he continued to ask what my post code was I refused to give a post code at the time because Mr Walsh wouldn t tell me what company he was calling from I m not sure me not giving my post code to an unknown company is really such a deal to be hung up on I called the number again who someone welcomed me to Ross and Roberts Brilliant I tried to sort an outstanding debt but as soon as this lady who didn t give me a name found out I had all relevant information in regards to dates of letters that have not been received and sums of figure s I got hung up on again What an absolute shambolic excuse of a customer service experience

Would leave a zero star but not available Absolutely despicable and disgusting company Even the women are vile Intimidating rude lying evil people Especially a Ms Cross

Tried to call twice

Tried to call twice long waiting times and the operators claim to not hear you Refused to give me email address to send the query Useless and unhelpful But of course they won t be helpful cause they get more money for handing you at your home

Abosultely awful company

Abosultely awful company I was paying monthly and they said that Id missed a payment because I paid it early and charged my 75 when I then put in a complaint they charged me again to reply to my complaint of which they totally ignored what Id said in it and told me they are not regulated How this complany has contracts with so many councils is beyond me They lie they use scare tactics and laugh when you try to complain I have gone back to my council told them and they have taken off the charges and allowed me to pay them direct again

Bailiff Lara Verrell

If anyone comes across their bailiff Lara Verrell could you ask her to return my deposit for her holiday let which she vanished with Ross and Roberts make lots of money telling people to pay their bills you d think their staff would Ross and Roberts simply ignore me very poor

They sent me a notice on the 21st June they must have forgot to send it and it didn t drop in my letterbox until the 2nd July giving me exactly 24 hours to pay almost 1200 an amount which they had added on to excessively I think they re still adding money on as I type this It s worse than the mafia And they had no regard for my multiple disabilities Absolutely shocking And then they blame the Post Office - total lack of accountability My advice - please everyone contact your MP make a formal complaint to Civia and also to the people who instructed them Being a bailiff isn t an issue - the issue is their conduct and lawlessness preying on the vulnerable adding money to bills that people already can t pay We have to challenge them collectively

Not willing to help

Letter received from the company dated 2 08 24 payment date 15 08 24 but letter only received on 12 08 24 Called the company and they were not even interested that one of us is out of work and the other one is paying all the bills no offer at all to help even though they have supposedly been informed of this Hopefully will not have to deal with them again
