I would like to share my recent experience with this company Unfortunately if there were an option to give zero stars that would be the most fitting rating the material was very cheap ande the size is not trueI purchased clothes from them and the quality was very disappointing they looked terrible I ve been trying to contact them for over ten days to arrange a return but I haven t received any response via email or through their Instagram account

Horrendous quality garment Dress ordered arrived late despite assurances it would arrive on time Tracking via 17Track was dismal at best slow responders and tracking info Garment description and photos used are so far from what actually arrived SO BAD Do not reccommend

I ve been trying to organise a return of my items for a week now and they keep offering me small amounts of money or an exchange of items but won t give me an address to return my items and get a refund Absolute SCAM This website has been around for too long and needs to be shut down

Run Away Now This is a scam The clothing quality is atrocious and not as marketed When asking to return 147 45 USD worth of clothing they are delaying this creating excuses and offering 12 compensation in lieu of a full return What is this absurdity TERRIBLE SCAM

Lost package no response

I ordered 4 items They apparently shipped the first three in one package and sent an email saying delivered I did not receive the package and despite sending numerous emails I have had zero communication back I have also not received the second package with one item however this apparently is in transit I have emailed to ask for proof of delivery no response

SCAM company

Edit as of 12 10 24 I received an email this morning that said 60 is the highest amount of refund they offer I ve gotten an email about every other day with a new refund offer I reported the charge as fraud on my card and was refunded through Amex Scam scam scam They got me for about 160 Tried to return my order because nothing was as pictured nothing fit etc Had to hunt an email to ask about a return because there is no information on their website re returns They wanted me to describe the issue and send them pictures of the items That s weird enough Then they send an email saying I m responsible for return shipping and customs fees and instead of me paying that they could refund me 15 Are you kidding Please don t order from them
