This has been a totally stressful experience I booked a service and when I heard nothing after 2 days I called I was told that my rep had a family emergency and the other rep would get back to me that night or the next day A week after I placed my order still no communication I called and had the same message--tonight or tomorrow Nothing I contacted Road Runner instead and was confirmed in 5 minutes

Decided to use route runners service to transport from NC to CA i get car sick and no way i was driving Plus who would want to put all the miles on the car Route Runners shipped my car in 6 days across the country which is pretty fast

So let me tell you about route runners transport I Called the rep told him I needed my car moved He was like no problem quoted me and said he will set me up He called back the same day with a driver although the car was not available for pick up But he called after the weekend and had me reserved He was straight with pricing called with updates and emailed me with contact info of the driver a easy no stress service
