difficult and un user friendly app
The app is ok but it glitches when riding with other players I cancelled my subscription today which they made the most predatory hard process they could I really really dislike how they handled that It is clearly made to make people stay by using every trick in the book I had to say i would like to cancel 3 or 4 times before it was accepted

difficult and un user friendly app deceptive promotional pricing and very difficult to cancel my subscription Not a patch on Zwift and their snaky cancelling policy shows their true colours Stay away from this company

As others have said - Deceptive billing practices
Couldnt cancel my trial after the trial ended i immediately needed to pay and could cancel it However no refund possible even when i not using it becaude of terms of service These guys are fully covered and do anything to keep you paying and dont find a way to cancel Please stay away

atrocious service - opaque billing
As others have said deceptive billing practices I was unable to cancel my trial and was billed I tried contacting support but got no response and it seems from reading other reviews that I won t get a refund even if I do hear from them Avoid Rouvy

Charged even if I cancel my trial subscription
I last used the app in December 2022 and cancelled the subscription in August 2023 yet they STILL billed me in August 2024 Despite many emails still no contact and no sign of refund

CAREFUL Billing and charges
They give you a free trial but when you cancel it you don t receive a confirmation email So they can charge you claiming that you didn t cancel it Even the second time I cancel the subscription I didn t receive an email this way I cannot prove that I did cancel the service I call the support and all they said is that I ll be charged anyway but I can cancel the service even if I tell I did it twice

KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
Wish I had paid heed and read these reviews I took out a 7 day trial which ended with no warning unlike most other subs for various products I was then charged a full annual membership I managed to get some of the money back minus 10 charges They are obviously used to this but refrain from making it more customer friendly which is a real shame as the app looks good I didn t want to but I may well opt for Zwift instead

My subscription auto renewed without a discount being applied I have tried every day since to speak to their support team but cannot I email every day but have had no response Their WhatsApp is a bot so can t help And I have called 4 to 5 times a day but every time it says there are no support agents available It s impossible to get anyone to respond They s brilliant at taking your money but any issues you re on your own This is a shocking way to treat your customers

My subscription auto-renewed without warning When I contacted Rouvy within 24hrs of getting the payment email I was told no refunds permitted You re also not permitted to remove your credit card details from your account This is how the company ensures they can bill you if you forget its on file Very shady business practices
