I would just like to Thank the staff on the Finch Park Estate Worsley for all there help support and understanding during the sales process on buying our new house This is the 3rd new house we have bought and by far the quality and finish of this Rowland House is far superior to anything we have bought before We would highly recommend Rowland Homes Finch park

What a great experience

Buying a house with Rowland has been a good experience until now We arent s knowledgeable about the buying process at all but Kiera gave us all the guidance She is an amazing person all our question is always answered on time She is keeping us up to date on all development phases We don t have any complaints so far I can t wait to move in

Reservation - Sandpiper Grange

Have now officially reserved a plot at Sandpiper Grange after getting an Early Bird last August Stephen has made the process very easy and is very supportive and can t thank him enough I am looking forward to the next steps and hopefully moving in later this year

Wonderful customer service

We bought our home at another site which is due to complete soon but due to not having a show home of our particular home we contacted Jordan at the Levens View site in Ulverston to see if we could view the show home there He facilitated this request and allowed us to have a look around take a few measurements and pictures etc He went out of his way to assist us despite having no reason to and it was fantastic to receive such high quality customer service Thank you Jordan

Plot 44- Early Bird

We have recently opted to early bird a plot at sandpiper grange Stephen was extremely welcoming knowledgeable and honest with us We had a couple of meetings where he provided us with all the relevant information and gave us a thorough walk through of the show home My husband and I were very indecisive and unaware of the process involved with purchasing a new build property Even though Stephen was busy we were able to visit the show home on a couple of occasions before making our decision We greatly appreciate the time Stephen has taken to guide us through the process and answer all of our questions We are very much looking forward to fully reserving our new Rowland home

Quality Experience beuitiful home

Our first experience of Rowland homes was a visit to the Jubilee gardens show homes in Euxton We were very impressed with the different styles available and the actual build quality of the homes We looked at other builders within a 10 mile radius but none of them came anywhere near to the homes on offer at the Rowland homes in Euxton We went back a few weeks later to reserve our home Stephen was excellent very helpful and made the experience of buying a Rowland home so easy and kept us informed throughout the whole process from initial deposit to completion Luke and sam the builders site managers did a fantastic job of sorting the few snags we found very promptly and very professionally they are a great team at Rowland and have made our whole experience a very memorable one thanks team Rowland you are the best

Highly recommended Rowland at meadow gate Matt

We moved into our first home and couldn t be happier The move in went so smoothly picked our keys up at 11 after signing everything off with Matt Throughout the whole process Matt was extremely helpful answered all our questions and he d always be happy to take any of our calls if we needed to speak to him Our initial snag list was completed within a month of us living in the home which is pretty efficient considering there was no major snags within our home Overall very happy with the whole process and couldn t fault their work Top lads on site and top people in the show homes

Stephen at Sandpiper Grange

I am currently in the process of buying a home on the Sandpiper Grange development and Stephen has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process He has made everything so much easier for someone who doesn t know much about the process of buying a house and has been on hand to answer all my questions which is a lot He s really honest and genuine and had made the process so far a really enjoyable one Thanks Stephen
