They do no refund returns or answer emails

Not sure what happened with them They used to be reliable Returned an item that was super misrepresented on website pictures and description and it s been three weeks since the tracking says they received it and still no refund or answer customer service emails

Really bad service Ordered product Dec 27thSent no order confirmation Rang customer service twice after waiting in a Que for 20mins it hung up had to ring again and wait 20mins Sent tracking details with tracking information Told the customer service Needed to product before this Saturday for my partners birthday we are going skiing in Italy They didn t care said it might turn up it might be next week Will not shop with them again unreliable and simply don t care

Wish I d have read these reviews before I ordered I ordered a bikini top and bottoms - top arrived no sign of bottoms Tracking is all over the place as it says they re two shipments but the tracking code is the same so it s saying both items have been delivered It s IMPOSSIBLE to speak to anyone - the email contact forms are all automated and don t actually answer your question FYI Alice is a bot Sat on hold to their call centre with no answer so far Going to have to raise a chargeback Thought Roxy were a reputable company

Zero communication for a faulty product

So bought a rucksack for work it is poor quality and the strap is coming away from the seam I started by emailing the website on 31 1 25 and to date still had no communication from this company despite further emails and trying to call on hold for 15 minutes and phone went dead Any ideas on how to return this faulty product would be appreciated Really disappointing and have now had to purchase another bag

Do not order They had a great deal and I ordered a bunch of stuff on February 1 2025 They have processed my payment but nothing has been mailed I called after a couple of days and was reassured that everything was fine When I called today the phone number no longer works They are officially bankrupt But first they took a bunch of people s money Shocker

What an awful experience

What an awful experience I will never recommend or even look at the sight again Who on earth is in charge to let the place go to such a state that you have to keep people s money I m actually gob smacked I have never experienced anything like what I have from a clothes store or anywhere else on that matter You should be ashamed and embarrassed I have only just got my money back after weeks of emailing and trying to ring They take about a week to reply if you re lucky or not at all What on earth is the point of it all Then send an email to ask if I m satisfied with the service Bit of a joke isn t it
