I was in the market for a high end chess for my office table and came across royal chess mall website Was fascinated to see such a wide and beautiful array of chess pieces design on their website Never thought that chess pieces could be available in so many designs Finally chose the Marengo chess Pieces in Red Maroon Wood after consulting RCM support team The delivery to my place was swift and done in 2 days I must say I am overjoyed with the beauty of this chess set Have received many compliments from visitors who have seen this set The shape of the knight is mind-boggling Kudos to the artisans

The chess pieces I wanted were out of stock so I exchanged several emails with Royal Chess - they were helpful and after an extended wait the pieces finally became available I was worried that the shipping would be complicated but actually the process went without a hitch and they arrived several days later I m really happy with the experience and would shop there again without hesitation

I just want to say how pleased I am with my purchase I had a few questions which were answered promptly and once I d placed my order I was able to track its progress until it arrived which I believe was under a week to the U K from India All the pieces board and box for the pieces came extremely well packaged and there was no damage to any of them I bought the American Staunton pieces 21inch players choice board and leatherette box it s the first and probably the last time I ll spend so much money on a chess set but I m really pleased that I did as the workmanship is so good I m happy to recommend RCM to anyone who s thinking about buying from them
