Hi my name is Shaik Irfan and I want to share my honest review on treatment which done at Royal Hair Istanbul The consultant name is SARA who offered me the below package with total amount of 1250 euros And the bad experience started on arriving at the hospital as the lady with whom I was consulting was not in the hospital and she was on leave After completing the blood tests another lady I don t her name she started doing consultation with me and told me the total 1250 250 they charge me 250 extra to get the hairs from my chest area I agreed and paid and the worst thing was the food they provided in the the hospital as the surgery took 8-9 hours and I lost more blood in this surgery due to which I got weakness and one of my friend who came with me for the same hair treatment has got the surgery level down due to the weakness and the food was so cold and hard that we can t chew it properly due to the ongoing surgery they processes got finished at 1am night The next again we went to hospital and had our head wash The translator gave us one shampoo and one foam bottle which is included in the package and they again ask us to pay 250 euros for the medication kit which is included in the package This was disgusting service My message to those people who want to go with hair transplant treatment in Turkey be careful and take everything in writing before making any payments They will say something in package and charge more I have all the proof with screenshots Hair transplant promotion VIP transport airport-hospital-hotel Accommodation 2 nights - 3 days in VIP hotel breakfast WIFI included Operating theatre 6-8 hours Blood analysis Pre-operative exams 2 PRP session plasma injection Lunch at the hospital Drugs after surgery painkillers antibiotics Special shampoo and lotion for hair Anti-swelling bandage Pillow for relaxed sleep Warranty certificate Translator Post-operative check-up the day after the transplant First wash and professional massage After care kit 2 months Post-operative follow-up and assistance for 18 months Assistance in finding suitable flight tickets Only airfare not included

All in all had a very good experience with Royal hair Istanbul the clinic was professional and so were the staff and I was well taken care of They done a great job with the transplant and I am very satisfied I will say that the communication with Fiona prior was good except that she did not mention that if more graphs were needed from additional donor areas I e the beard and or chest I would be charged 250 for each additional donor area This is not a problem but if explained before hand I would have been prepared to pay extra on the day instead of being told during the consultation That aside I was pleased with the overall service and procedure

I would like to express my great satisfaction with the service I received at Royal Hair Istanbul A big thank you to Mersada who has been kind and supportive from the very beginning She was always available to answer all my questions and even when there was a slight delay with the taxi she reassured me The procedure went perfectly and I was well taken care of at every step From being picked up at Istanbul airport by taxi to the transport to the hotel then to the clinic and back to the airport everything was perfectly organized I m also very happy with the early results even though it will take a few more months to see the final outcome A big thanks to the whole team for the excellent care
