Their Doric sneakers are the worst pair of shoes I have ever bought for the price They are unlined and the raw leather tore my feet to pieces They have scrimped on quality gutted the shoe and call it minimal design I bought the Elpique sneaker which was great - beautifully crafted and lined and worth every cent The Doric is a blatant rip off Avoid this sneaker like the plague

I regret my purchases from this brand
I regret my purchases from this brand - and it is by far the worst quality - 3 days wore new shoes from your brand - twice on a rainy day for 5-10 minutes - water comes in through the sewings No words --- Have other brands that resist amazingly - you totally lost me with this crappy quality Not to say that you customer service does not reply for a week nowThis will escalate with the EU consumer rights as I want my money back Big Disappointment

Royal Republiq does not even deserve 1 star The Danish part of it does not return questions on support it does not answer the phone when called - it can not be contacted through WhatsApp - but hey you can purchase items but not return them DONT SPEND ANY MONEY OR TIME ON THESE MF THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY - GO INTO A SHOP INSTEAD THEY F YOU

Absolutely horrendous customer service
Absolutely horrendous customer service I have sent a number of emails regarding an order and ZERO response I called the number they give and this DOES NOT WORK When the parcel turned up the UPS guy wanted 50 tax which I refused to pay as I had paid delivery on the order online The UPS guy has returned the parcel to Royal Republic PLEASE CUSTOMER SERVICE get in touch and confirm that you will REFUND

Warning
Warning Absolutely no response from costumer service They sold me a damaged belt Wrote them several times for instructions on what I needed to do to get a new one There where no response and after a while and several e-mails send from me without any response I had to decide just to return the belt without their instructions Thereafter they refunded me the price of the belt and the original shipping cost but not the cost of the return label I had to buy through their webpage So now I have had all the trouble I have no belt and I am a shipping cost poorer

Frustrating customer service
ORDER 13377I bought a pair of sneakers didn t fit me well so I decided to return the order I followed the webpage return instructions and the process was succesfull but I didn t receive any email confirmation nor shipment label So since 30 of November I am trying to get a solution I have written severl emails and nobody find out a solution It is unbelievable that we are in 2023 and they take 14 days to ask to the shipment department to get a pdf file with the label To be honest it is a disagreeable situation to send emails everyday and when they reply it seems that they haven t read you explanation Very dissaapointed with this brand It is the second time I buy and the last one

I ordered a pair of shoes which were the wrong size
I ordered a pair of shoes which unfortunately were the wrong size I followed Royal Republiq s non user friendly returns method as per their instructions When the shoes arrived in The Netherlands they ignored the return notice from customs and were then aired back to me in Australia This was 3 months ago and I keep getting emailed that my issue is being treated as a matter of urgency Rubbish I just want to return the shoes and get a refund but should not have to pay the freight cost a second time Seems like they just don t care
