Absolutely lousy business practices they play games
You want to know how to read these reviews It s simple If its positive 5 stars its Mark the owner workers reviewing Focus on the negative reviews which is accurate Everything these folks said I experienced They say they are a family business Translation its run by family who don t know how to run a business and deliver customer service Its more like thanks for shopping with don t let the door hit you on your way out I ve been at their location and got the same treatment I bought over 3000 worth of parts and they put me on a fulfillment list first come first serve Wait then why don t you put that on your website Out of Stock or Back Order They hook you in and try to reel you in with time hoping you won t be in a hurry Then when you call them they say oh its on back order we say that on our website Call back 3 more weeks now you are on a list of customers who purchased ahead of you Horse poop business practice The latest and final straw is I ordered vinyl tint which they sent me the wrong size too small I ask for RMA just want to return it since they shipped it out Then when ask again they want a video or photo Mark your family business sucks Try hiring a professional and pay them their worth I had my parts installed by amateurs and he had the audacity to charge me for labor when their sales person told me before I came down that because I am VIP labor is waived Later when I questioned they say its only for carbon fiber parts and not for things like lights Guess what its also took them 4 hrs I could have done it within the hour I know they have popular parts but I would avoid them if you can At the very least confirm the parts in stock Confirm everything Just a lousy business practice RPM is only good because they seem to have a lot of DIY videos Get the part somewhere else cheaper and just watch their videos That what I tell my guys

Purchased one of their new products for Tesla model Y
Purchased one of their new products for my model Y it was the cargo bay cover for 206 00 After receiving it and attempt to install mind you no instructions included the brackets that are made to hold it in place are made of CHEAP plastic The dble glue on the reverse sides are poor and thin After about 30-40 minutes of time to get them on and applying pressure cause they wouldn t stick I was able to put the cover in its place Well that was just as bad the slots to hold it are larger than the products ends The next day while driving I heard a lot of vibration coming from the rear was no noice prior to this being installed Got home noticed that 3 of 4 brackets were loose reapplied them again and 20 minutes later the pulled away from the car molded piece that the were supposed to stick to Just to say prior to install I cleaned the siding with alcohol like mentioned BUT they did not send the any adhesive promoter that they show using in video So I tried to call mark and Alexis and of course no returned calls so sent an email and about 2 weeks later they told me to buy more dble sided tape and apply it Wow So tried that no luck so sent another email asking for my money back on had the product for a month 2 weeks later email from Alexis stated this product can not be returned hum they advertise no hassle return policy So long run DONT BUY ANYTHIMG FROM THIS COMPANY poor poor poor customer service lack of standing behind their policy and shipping product you might not ever get your items Oh to mentioned if any contact with the owner mark he will call you back and belittle you and argue with you and then hangs up on you

Do not fall into this trap I ordered a spoiler for my Tesla model 3 over 2 months ago now and have still not seen it It s quite obvious what they re doing Taking peoples money and not delivering the goods - 2 months in I ve been told by their customer service to be patient Well originally an in stock item turned into a back order item as soon as I purchased it So 6 weeks ago it was apparently sent out then they leave me dealing with USPS - The plot thickens With this cowboy setup you can t get through to them I ve called them in the US from the UK to be told there is a 48 minute to 1 hour 12 minute wait time on the line They do not respond to emails and you can t speak to anybody I ve now resorted to the fact I ll never see this spoiler Do not order from RPM TESLA they take your money and when you finally get an email back from them they say to be patient and that they can t speak to USPS because they are not party to the delivery well you originally sent it out so you must be I will never order anything overseas again my whole life this has been the worst most frustrating experience I have ever had Thanks for nothing 0 stars would be more applicable USPS also has an awful rating from people like me left waiting and waiting and waiting This will eventually backfire on you thieving peoples money

These guys are the worst I ll do everything I can to avoid Amazon but they don t make it easy RPM claims expedited handling on orders over 200 not that I can tell Four weeks later and still waiting on 711 worth of parts they claim they shipped Of the couple parts I did receive the quality is questionable at best Update I ordered off of Amazon and they are EXACTLY the same cheap Chinese crap Way cheaper on Amazon AND you get fair and fast shipping not excuses Save you money

Very frustrating with my purchase
Very frustrating with my purchase I bought side mirror caps for my tesla model x the product was defective for a couple of reasons it had finger print marks under the clear coat that made it impossible to wipe or take it off the finger print marks only show in certain light conditions like direct to sunlight so it was difficult to identify this during initial inspection second is the side mirror cap was too big this caused paint scraping off my side mirror specifically when the side mirrors auto folded This issue specifically wouldn t really show itself unless already installed The company wouldn t send me a replacement unless I took it off and returned it without being damaged They told me that the cap is prone to breaking when being removed I requested they send me a new pair and I would take it to a professional to remove my defective cap and install the new one and that I would shoulder the cost of labor However they said I would have to pay for a new set and return the old set then only they would refund me but also only if they were able to remove the older product unscathed If it would have been damaged I basically pad for 2 pairs and no compensation for the initial product that was defective anyway Such a terrible experience

Horrible horrible customer service Called texted and emailed By the 3rd day I received a generic response For the price of their products the quality should not be a problem The carbon fiber emblems I bought would not stick to the car No 3M backing They offered to send me some tape Are you kidding me for 130 plus dollars you would think they would back there product and offer to send new emblems with 3m on them I bought the carbon fiber mirrors and so far so good but now I am not trusting ordering anything more from them as I feel they won t honor their product and the customer service is very poor I would love to talk to a person on the phone but I guess they are too busy

Refused to accept a return
I bought mudflaps from them their instructions were no good and resulted in a bolt snapping on my car so I tried to return it Their website falsely claims that there is no restocking fee but the truth is they would not refund it at all The only thing they offered me was some store credit I wanted to ship the product back for a refund These people would rather not let me ship back a 30 product for a refund than have just a basic concept of customer service These people are shady don t trust buying from them

Absolutely dreadful customer service I placed an order on the 20th of February from these people and six weeks later I still don t have it They don t answer emails and from looking at other reviews I can see that I am far from the only person to have had a bad experience with them I have no idea when I will receive my purchase and I have given up trying to get any sense out of RPM Tesla I ll most likely try and get a refund on my card Do not buy from this company
