RTA Wood Cabinets went above and beyond

RTA Wood Cabinets went above and beyond my expectations Zack Ganz helped me tremendously with planning my kitchen and gave exceptional advice on designing a functional kitchen to meet all of my needs Also I had a minor issue with a broken piece during delivery and even though it was no fault of RTA they shipped me a new cabinet with no issues I am so happy with my experience and would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for beautiful quality cabinets

My husband and I are very pleased with RTA We had a few doors that needed replaced and they were here very quickly We love our cabinets our kitchen looks wonderful We would recommend RTA wood cabinets very highly We have friends who are very interested in using them

i ordered a sample door The customer service is excellent they have free kitchen design service The quality and color of blue stained door was very good i ended up going with a local cabinet maker so i can t comment further

I chose RTA after some research and reviews Online purchases this large for project scope is always a concern Choosing RTA Wood Cabinets was the best decision ever The products were easy to assemble resulting in sturdy and well manufactured finished product The customer service from start to finish was well above expectations I did have one issue with the order which I assumed would never be resolved with some trim that was lost on an order I had written off the minor part and to my delight Zack out of the blue sent me an email letting me know the missing trim piece was ready This customer service blew me away and something that you don t see in todays world Zack needs to be recognized as his customer service is amazing and represents RTA well and professional Well done Zack I will and have recommended RTA to friends and associates already The kitchen looks amazing

Good customer service always responded to questions Back order issue was disappointing but considering competitors and other stories of errors etc RTA did a great job Cabinets are well made and the finish is tough I have Ocean Blue paired with rose gold hardware Very satisfied with the product

Our order shipped in less than two weeks and was delivered promptly in accordance to my availability The cabinets arrived in perfect condition other than a couple of minor cosmetic issues and some broken plastic shelf clips Phil immediately ordered replacement clips and a touch-up kit to resolve the issues I was a little skeptical about ordering cabinets online but I m very pleased with the quality and service received as well as the money saved compared to purchasing the same style at a big box home improvement store I ve nearly completed my installation and think the cabinets look great

I remodeled my kitchen for the third time That s when my wife came across RTA cabinets The cabinets are of the highest quality Easy to assemble I had a cabinet face that was damaged so I called RTA Within a few days a new cabinet face was sent to me RTA stands behind their products nothing but the best customer service I will buy from RTA again Thanks for the most beautiful kitchen

When we were looking at the cabinets online and had questions we did the live chat and Zack responded to us immediately and answered all of our questions I also asked Zack if he could do a 3-D drawing of my kitchen layout using the cabinets I chose and he was very accommodating and emailed me the design when it was done It was very helpful to see the layout and what my new kitchen would look like
