Poor customer service with even worse

Poor customer service with even worse management They try a fob you off and treat you like a nobody and even more so if they see you don t have a fancy car Constant have to chase them up and they happy to let you do that Mechanics have limited talent in my opinion and need guidance on problem solving -definitely does not give you confidence in what they have done to your vehicle My experience was the lowering suspension parts they used were poor quality- two shocks have know failed the alignment set up they did after fitting was even worse Sold me some 20 wheels and the paint dissolved with a couple of wash s Found loose trim underneath the car dragging down and steering wheel pointed left when driving straight After all the messing around driving up and down to their place added to the frustrations If you own a decent motor don t use this garage plenty of others out their better still buy your parts online and get your usual local mechanic to fit them -trust me it will be in your benefit I m a motor trade professional with over 20 years experience and in hindsight I should of fitted the parts myself Avoid this place -even Halfords are better and we all know what they like

Rip off

Had them fit a diffuser black badges and aftermarket spoiler I understand some aftermarket parts don t fit cars particularly well - but after being charged 250 initially and another 72 when the spoiler wouldn t stay on I ve gone elsewhere Also had asked for the original badges to be returned with the car which ended up having to be posted to me as they d misplaced them in the shop - fine After the initial fitting spoiler came off post first powerwash and I was told to bring the car back down - expecting them to sort it and just retape it down which they did - I wasn t expecting to be charged for this and wasn t told I would be -charged 72 after VAT for the labour and cost of tape - Which I was only told about after they d completed the work Fine paid it Spoiler came off again for a third time at one side after powerwashing - with the supposed 100 roll of tape they d used Obviously not happy at this point spoke to them again voicing this was told because it s not a part we supplied we aren t going to do anything essentially - it s a part bought direct from carbon factory whom recommended rtec as official fitters they offered to tigerseal it at yet another further cost Thought screw this I ll do it myself - it s only a spoiler took the whole spoiler off to find two strips of tape that still had the backing on doing absolutely nothing to hold the spoiler to the car Feel stupid for trusting a company to sort this and should ve just done it myself but thought if it went wrong I d have someone to take it to have sorted - not the case Boot lid is now scratched to bits courtesy of rtec and being taken to an actual bodyshop for repair - whom have charged a fraction of what rtec have to completely polish the boot re-ceramic coat it and bond the spoiler to the car Ridiculous cannot in my right mind recommend this company to anyone

Ordered Rear Disc and pads for customer

Ordered Rear Disc and pads for customer they took money for next day delivery after 6 days we called them for update and they said its not in stock They didn t reply to our email either Very poor customer service

Great service as always

Great customer service and a great selection of alloy wheels and tyres in the showroom I will be back soon for an ECU remap and a brake upgrade Thanks guys

Nothing but great work Every time I ve dealt with RTec it has been nothing but professional and reliable Friendly staff both over the phone and in person always happy to help advise and work hard Good prices and always willing to go the extra mile Have recommended to many friends and will continue to do so

Outstanding friendly and professional

Had many parts fitted to my focus here including Alloy wheels front splitter Full exhaust system induction kit and remap All these products were fitted amazingly and without issue in good time The showroom has lots of things to look at They stock many products for same day fitting and the staff are incredible at what they do Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for aftermarket parts from a trusted company

I don t usually take the time to review but these guys have helped me out of a tricky situation more than once The staff are super friendly and prices competitive I would definitely go back Plus who doesn t love a free hot chocolate whilst you wait
