Very poor customer experience incorrect items
I had a very poor customer experience and product experience overall I ordered period pants on 3 March for my postpartum using the size guides online When I finally received my order in the UK the items were significantly smaller than stated I assumed a manufacturing fault with the items I received as the measurements did not line up at all with their guides After filling in their forms and sending photos they offered to send me replacement items but no apology Following a lot of back and forth they sent out my replacement order 6 days after my initial complaint With the shipping between Australia and the UK I received the replacement order just over 2 weeks later to find that the wrong items had been sent despite me clearly including the order number information and spelling out which items I had previously ordered Again after a lot of back and forth they offered to send me a partial refund for the items that were incorrectly sent It took a total of 13 emails - 6 from me one form filled in to resolve I finally received a partial refund 45 days after placing my order making this a very lengthy process Customer service asks many questions where answers have already been given to prolong the process making it painful I wouldn t buy from this company again

Misleading and deceptive conduct
These period underwear don t work and leaked the first time I used it on a light cycle I left a bad review on their website which still hasn t been published so they are clearly engaging in misleading and deceptive conduct by suppressing bad reviews I bought the product because it was all positive reviews and now want my full money back we will see how that goes Don t buy from here the bonds ones are much better

The worst experience coupled with an ugly uncomfortable product Start to finsh this experience was unfriendly unhelpful and unresponsive Finally after weeks and weeks I got my product first one didnt get sent didnt turn up or didnt have any tracking I then got told I had to keep the product and couldnt return get a refund due to the fact that this was a replacement product Which it wasnt- the first one I didnt recieve The whole time the comms where unhelpful and when the product finally turned up I was really dissapointment Super uncomfratble and not true to size

You won t receive your products and you ll be ignored
Just do yourself a favour and don t order from them I ordered 200 worth of products luckily paid with PayPal as I didn t receive any confirmation email no tracking emails and I didn t receive anything Months later I am still chasing them up and have been ignored at every turn I received one email from them confirming my order exists and they would resend it but then they didn t and ignored me again Will be contacting the consumer protection agency as these guys are a scam

Buyer Beware Unfortunately Rudie s brand position of no waste does not extend to its customers I have three pairs of unwearable Rudie pants just delivered - when searching for details of the returns procedure after all who doesn t have a returns policy when selling online I found a very aggressive and unfriendly refund policy which simply states NO REFUNDS However at the point of purchase I was reassured to see the 60 Day Risk Free claim and purchased with confidence Then I learn from a different Rudie policy this does so called Risk Free guarantee does NOT cover returns for any other reason than product failure Rudie do NOT use Kimble tags on their pants OR use hygiene strips - then hide behind the fact that they cannot guarantee the garments have not been worn refuse requests for a refund This is SHARP PRACTISE Rudie Particularly as you have a 60 Day Risk Free Policy which customers assume is just that - Risk Free Your pants don t suit me - the shape is wrong the coverage is wrong for me in terms of too much padding - both facts I could not establish until I had actually seen the garment I didn t even need to try them on I have purchased over 25 pairs of pants from Modibody who have always worked with me if there has been a problem Rudie have made it very clear from their NO Refund Refund Policy that they have no intentions of helping customer who aren t happy Hence me choosing this channel to vent my frustrations in the hope that Rudie will actually offer me some customer service - I simply cannot afford to waste almost 40 Or three pairs of pants and all this waste really contradicts your brand values doesn t it Rudie I await Rudie s comment with interest UPDATE I am so happy to report that Rudie have listened and offered me a solution Their Service has been first class in sorting this matter which I really appreciate Maybe the misunderstanding around the 60 Day Risk Free Policy can be avoided in future by calling it a risk free policy for product performance

I bought a bundle of Rudie Baby training pants and 16 pcs for 156 AUD When making payment I chose to pay using Shop Store So I don t need to fill in my address details However when I made the payment for some reason when the payment process was completed there was an extra additional payment on the receipts with total amount 140 40 I submitted a complaint and proof that I had sent an email to request that i want my order to be cancelled due to double payment However i received the total products only 16 pcs for 156 AUD This store argued that as a company their operate with low profit margins and their products are already significantly discounted I sent an email to CS from the beginning no response to cancel my product Then I sent a message to Instagram DM responded after 3 days And after that there was no response until I received my 16 products And I asked for my money back but it was not given After that the store asked me to send proof of the number of products I received They are decided to refund my money of 140 40 Because they made a wrong decision not to refund my money This store thought that I received a double product So now they have refunded my money And asked me to update my review here Please rudie company For next time read your customer email carefully I will not buy your products anymore Bad customer service

Appalling customer service
I ordered 2 pieces of underwear from this company on the 2nd of July A whole week later I haven t received any updates from them including a confirmation of my order being dispatched I emailed them saying I no longer want their items so asked them to not bother dispatching my parcel and refund me 2 days later I got a response saying the item was already dispatched and if I don t want it I can reject the parcel at delivery When it arrived I wasn t at home so I took it to the delivery office and asked them to reject it on their system there which they did and the parcel was returned 2 weeks go by after the item got delivered back without any notification from them so I email customer services and they inform me that according to their return policy they don t accept returns But they re willing to make an exception and refund me for 1 garment What kind of an exception is that making a customer pay for your internal communications issues And if I knew that I wouldn t be refunded for both items I wouldn t send them back Now they have half of my money and 2 items that haven t even been tried on completely new and packaged up Also before I returned the parcel back to the delivery office I saw that the senders address is China so I m sure they re just dropshipping their items and calling themselves a green company greewashing people by saying we don t accept returns because we avoid waste I want all my money back and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Edit they refunded me in full after I told them I ll be posting a bad review for them That s what it takes to recieve your money back so beware

Misleading
The sock shoes I bought took forever to arrive so while I was waiting bought a sock shoe from eBay and it was only 10 including postage I paid 36 for the Rudie pair When the Rudie one finally arrived I compared the two and they were identical exactly the same shoe down to the pattern on the bottom of the shoe but I paid almost four times as much for the Rudie one and it took 3 weeks to arrive Do yourself a favour and save your dollars and get the same one from eBay Ps I ve tried to leave reviews on their website after purchase multiple times but they keep deleting my review I don t trust this company one bit
