We ordered two rugs which we love They were delivered quickly One was a bit small our choice but Ruguette customer service was excellent and responsive

Not good but then I was surprised

I received a rug from Rugette not realising it was coming from Turkey It arrived but it is not what I was expecting and its not suitable at all I ve emailed numerous times with no response I m really upset as I paid 250 for a rug I can t use Seems this company grabs your money then ignores you UPDATE They have finally emailed me back offering various options of a different rug and keeping original rug or getting a 40 refund and keeping the rug but to be honest I d like a 100 refund as the rug is just not suitable for me I will update again when I hear back UPDATE NO 2I had an email today to say my credit card has been refunded the full price I m astounded by their customer service I eat my words from previous review Wow I feel guilty keeping the rug but hopefully I can give it to someone in need Amazing Rugette Now I give you 5 Stars Thank you so much

Great rug and company

I contacted them to see how long it would be before I would get my rug Within a couple of hours I had a lovely email to tell me that it had been dispatched already and would be with me by the Monday Even though it came from Turkey it arrived promptly on the Monday Tracking was good Packaging was excellent A free Christmas mat was included which is fantastic I washed it to see how it would be and came out great The rug is spot on Exactly like the picture I was concerned about the folds but once I hoovered it the rubber backing held onto the floor and all the folds disappeared Smells odd Chemically If that s a word But I m sure that will fade I m writing this review because of the excellent product and service I wish all companies were this good And I wasn t asked for this review I also wrote to them privately to say thanks for a great experience

The rug I bought is absolutely

The rug I bought is absolutely stunning not sure it would fit in my washing machine though - but then it is 200cm x 300cm I was concerned when I realised the rug was coming from Istanbul but I needn t have been delivery was timely and well managed I m very happy with my purchase

Absolutely amazing service very quick and fantastic quality too I required help from customer service and they were also extremely efficient and kind very thorough advice and guide to what I needed to do next Thank you Will definitely order from here again

Unexpected Courtesy

Considering the product came from Turkiye the wait time for delivery was surprisingly short I missed applying for a discount for which I asked for post my order and it was immediately granted The rugs weren t the correct colour on arrival so I requested a return To my surprise I was informed that rather than return them I could keep them as a goodwill gesture I guessing that the cost and fuss to return to Turkiye via FedEx a hassle The money was refunded to my credit card very promptly Everything about the service and response was exceptional I still am amazed that Rugette said keep the rugs and fing them a good home
