Good communication and updates on delivery timeline Rug is good quality and easy to install I was initially surprised to see that it was folded and not rolled but this didn t have any impact It could have been nice to have had some paper instructions on how the under mat should be laid with regards to the rug lined up smaller then etc

Ruggables - first class for animal owners
I absolutely love our Ruggable rugs We foster dogs so have a stream of untrained dogs come into our home with many of the males marking their territory on door frames furniture and rugs Not to mention all the hair After a frustrating time trying to keep the house clean I decided to give Ruggables a try I was a bit doubtful especially with larger sizes but could not be happier the colours designs and finish are all first class It is a bit of a fiddle to get the backing in place but with the help of another and a bit of carpet tape to keep the corners firmly down they look great they are completely unmovable even when dogs are playing on them and most importantly can be readily cleaned Thoroughly recommend

Very happy with my carpet it looks and feels great Also very satisfied with your client service I had to return one rug I ordered because I made a wrong choice in the color and I had great help in how to return the rug and get the refund Overall I think you are a great company with a great product Would recommend it to everyone
