I ordered a Dell 7202
Update from a second order So the laptop showed up everything was perfect and to spec I realized I didnt order a second battery My bad I looked on the website and didn t see anything listed It was after hours I sent an email and within an hour I had a reply was told that they would send me a product link in the morning which they did The final price was cheaper than anything on Amazon Its a niche market and these folks know how to keep customers happy I cant say this enough if you have questions call email ask If you don t see something say something I could not be more satisfied First order This company is without a doubt the easiest friendliest and most technically savvy company I have worked in with a very long time I have been in the market for a rugged laptop for 2 years now tracking changes in price and availability and decided now was the time to buy I needed a very specific build and within 15 minutes Rugged Books had what I needed with a listed price lower then all of the other sellers I was looking at The online store was easy to use and the phone customer service was perfect Absolutely perfect If you are in the market for one of their products I recommend them completely I ll be sending everyone who asks me where I got my computer FOR AN AMAZING DEAL to these folks Buy with confidence

I ordered a Dell 7202 It was refurbished but when it arrived it looked brand new I was very impressed I was considering ordering one from Amazon but the reviews weren t good so I chose Rugged Books and I m glad I did If I need another tablet or laptop I will definitely be ordering from them again

Great Price Perfect Condition and very fast service
Prior to ordering I spoke to a helpful Rugged books employee A courteous and helpful saving us a significant amount A few days later we received a Panasonic Toughbook in Like New condition Very few blemishes The machine works as expected All we had to do was DL the Sierra Wireless utility so that the wireless modem would communicate Painless

Trustworthy source of refurbished products
The staff was really friendly and went over and above to supply me with the best actually better model of Toughbook at a better price than the other companies I was looking at The laptop that I received from them was an extremely low hour model that looked brand new without the brand new price I actually received it in two days from the order I am extremely happy with this purchase experience
